I'd especially like to commend Hailey and Ella at the front desk. Hailey handled check-in efficiently and gracefully, with a gentle and appropriate demeanor. Ella was attentive and patient, answering all questions and providing thoughtful, considerate service. The entire service experience was meticulous and warm, with every detail showcasing their professionalism. This hotel is definitely my top choice for a trip to Korla, and I will be staying here again!"

"This is arguably the newest and most luxurious hotel in Korla, with a great sense of design. The lobby has a wonderful play of light and shadow from the direct sunlight. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, but perhaps because it's newly opened, there are still some areas that need improvement and fine-tuning. For example, the kids' club still has a strong odor and no dedicated staff supervision; I even saw uneaten ice cream dropped by children that hadn't been cleaned up. The hot pot restaurant staff also seemed quite inexperienced; sometimes several would appear at once, and other times no one could be found. However, despite these shortcomings, the hotel's client manager, Alice, was very prompt in responding to and resolving issues. Furthermore, the room cleanliness, the lounge's view, and the scenery were all excellent. At night, you can even see the lights of the pagoda. Overall, it's pretty good value for money!"
