"This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and while the usual 400-yuan rooms were over 1200 yuan this time (a bit painful!), the experience was still very good and left me with a great impression. This particular Atour has a nice location right by Hongshan Lake, and the lake view from the room upon entry was beautiful and expansive. The room felt a little small, but the design and layout were excellent. The bed, pillows, and bedding were all very comfortable. Many details were well thought out; the bath and hand towels, for example, were not only high quality but also individually packaged, which really impressed me. Breakfast was also very good; while it didn't have the vast spread of a large hotel, it had everything you'd need. This stay introduced me to Atour Hotels, and I'd say the value for money is excellent, provided it's not peak season pricing."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Gufu Street and the ancient city, making it super convenient for food. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were all very friendly. The twin room side was quiet, and the weather was cool and comfortable, so we didn't even need to use the air conditioning. Anshun is truly a summer escape! I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! I was a bit worried because some reviews mentioned outdated decor, but after checking in, I found the room to be spacious enough, and both the decor and cleanliness were excellent. The hotel's hot spring was open until 10 PM, and the staff were incredibly patient with the kids who were playing in the pool until past 10, never rushing them and waiting until they were done. When I found one of the hot spring pools to be a degree or two too cool for my liking, a staff member proactively offered to turn up the heat, even though it was already 9:30 PM. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The two girls at the front desk and the hot spring staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful. This is a very worthwhile hotel, and it will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Anshun."

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Gufu Snack Street, which has an amazing variety of food. The Gongding tea and Anshun sausages recommended by the front desk ladies were delicious, and they were all so kind and provided wonderful service! The hotel rooms are highly automated, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was spacious and odorless. The breakfast noodles are just as good as what you'd find outside, and the buffet selection is very rich. This is a highly recommended hotel!!!"

"The hotel is very close to Huangguoshu Scenic Area, about a five-minute drive away, and offers a free shuttle service. The rooms are newly renovated and reasonably clean. However, it's right next to the road, so it's very noisy. There's a pool and parking lot downstairs, which is convenient for self-drivers. There are many late-night snack restaurants nearby, so you won't have to worry about food, but it's easy to pick a bad one, and I felt the reviews were misleading. My main complaint is about the service; it significantly detracted from the overall experience: The front desk staff was cold; they didn't offer a single greeting during check-in. When I called for a pen and paper, they agreed but never sent it. If I pushed, they became impatient and showed their annoyance. Room service was incredibly slow. There was even an opened bottle of water in the room. When I called the front desk, they told me to go downstairs and buy it myself, refusing to deliver. At night, the air conditioning was extremely loud; if I didn't turn it on, it was stuffy, but if I did, it was deafening. Opening the window meant noise from passing cars. In short, the stay at this hotel was extremely poor! The breakfast selection was mediocre with not much to eat, and items weren't refilled promptly. Dishes were cleared slowly, and the dining area wasn't tidied regularly. If you're solely looking for proximity to the scenic area and a clean room, you might manage for one night. But if you value attentive service and quick responses, I don't recommend this place. Other guesthouses in the area offer better service at the same price. Moreover, the price is higher than surrounding hotels, making it very poor value for money!"

They even offer a free shuttle to Huaguoshan and the Great Waterfall, and there's a cute delivery robot that brought our meals, which was a huge hit with the kids! It created some wonderful memories. "There are several hotels of varying sizes nearby, but after reading the reviews, I chose this one, and it was definitely the right choice! 👍 It's close to the high-speed rail station, within walking distance, making it convenient for transfers. The place is clean and fully smart-equipped, with no strange odors, and the sofa is stain-free. The service is excellent. They offer late-night snacks, and the breakfast spread is rich and delicious; I ate it without any stomach issues. Even if you arrive right at the end of the breakfast time, there's still food available. If you can't get a spot to do laundry and are extending your stay, you can ask the housekeeping staff to help wash your clothes the next day. All the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are very friendly and proactive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Anshun!"

"The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area. The owner was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, giving us great recommendations for local food – we followed their advice and didn't have a single bad meal! The room facilities are complete, and all the hardware is from well-known brands. The bathroom was clean and odor-free. The rice noodles and coffee for breakfast were also delicious. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices weren't ridiculously inflated. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the Huangguoshu Scenic Area."
