"### Location: Excellent! Just a few hundred meters from the Potala Palace, our 180-degree view room faced the east side of the palace directly. We enjoyed watching the Potala Palace enveloped in morning mist and its brilliant lights at night. ### Restaurant: The 6th-floor restaurant offers unobstructed views with large floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for photos. We enjoyed the scenery during both breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast selection was simple but delicious; there was always something to our liking. ### Amenities: The room was equipped with a scenic lounge chair and a tea set, making tea time with a view very pleasant. Mineral water was generously provided, and guests could also grab extra from the common area. The keyless entry made coming and going very convenient. ### Service: The staff were warm and attentive, proactively guiding us and helping with luggage. I accidentally stained the duvet, and they completely replaced the bedding, which I greatly appreciated 🙏. ### Dining & Shopping: Located in the city center, dining and shopping were very convenient. There are many scenic restaurants nearby, such as Youjian Mountain and Windsor Manor. Before leaving, we easily purchased local specialties like yak jerky and yak milk powder. ### Small Suggestions: It would be great to add a towel basket under the sink and upgrade to smart toilets. When first arriving at high altitude, showering can be difficult, so a smart bidet would be a thoughtful touch."

"The room is big, well-planned, separated from wet and dry areas, clean and tidy, and the shower water is very comfortable. The hotel has its own yard for parking. Although parking spaces can be tight when there are many people staying, you just need to hand it over to the security and they will find a way to solve it. But the breakfast is outsourced and not very good. There is not much to eat in the first place, and there will be nothing if you go a little later."

However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk service. We had two rooms in our party, and one of them was upgraded, but we weren't informed. When I called the front desk, the first time they said they were busy with check-ins. The second time I called, they told me the room card was incorrect. A little later, they said it was an upgrade. I'm not sure how credible the front desk's statements are. Then, the next day, when I inquired about the deposit refund, they initially told me the deposit for room 501 had been returned. I told them I paid 1000 for both rooms together, and then they said room 507 hadn't been inspected yet. I'm not sure if the hotel front desk has proper systematic training. I booked for one night, and both explanations from the front desk felt deceptive. I hope the hotel can provide more training for their front desk staff. Although the front desk's actions made me uncomfortable, I'm very satisfied with how the hotel manager handled the situation. He went back and forth several times to resolve it for me and kept apologizing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Lhasa next time, but I sincerely hope they can thoroughly and systematically train their front desk staff. After all, it's a high-end hotel, but the front desk's communication style doesn't seem to match that standard."

"Stayed at this hotel in Lhasa for 4 nights and was very satisfied. There is a parking lot, the room has medical oxygen, humidifier, air conditioning, and the height of the sink. "The hotel is very close to the Lhasa River, just a 2-minute walk away. The hotel is relatively new, with large, clean rooms and advanced facilities. On my first day, as soon as I got out of the taxi, about ten meters from the hotel entrance, a hotel staff member named Losang quickly came out to help me with my luggage. I was feeling unwell due to altitude sickness at the time, and I was very grateful for Losang's kind assistance. He then meticulously delivered on all aspects of my package. I found Bowen to be a man of few words but very steady, highly responsive, and an exceptionally smooth driver. He never asked inappropriate or subjective questions, which I truly appreciated. Over three days, Bowen's accompaniment added a unique dimension to my Lhasa itinerary.
