"The front desk design is quite odd. They say a smile welcomes guests, but here, the front desk literally turns its back on guests when they arrive. As for things I wasn't happy with, the cleaning staff in charge of linens (who probably have a water usage KPI) didn't rinse the large bath towels properly. If they're outsourced, the hotel should really look into it. The bath towels had a very strong smell of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. Using towels like this long-term could irritate the skin and cause itching."

"This was my first time in Rushan. I often travel for business and stay in hotels, so I usually book nearby hotels directly through Ctrip, starting with the highest-rated ones. I remember this hotel had a 5-star rating, and the price was within my budget, although breakfast wasn't included. Around 9 PM, before I had even checked in, the hotel front desk proactively called to ask what time I would be arriving and held my room for me. Later, they even upgraded my room for free. Overall, the stay was good, and the smart home features were very comfortable."

"I'm finally getting around to writing this review for our fifth night's stay, now that I'm back home. I booked the room at 8 PM that evening. Surprisingly, unlike previous stays, there were still options available even at 10 PM. I was also fortunate enough to snag the hotel's very last room. Otherwise, finding another place to stay for my last night in Rushan would have been quite a hassle. The front desk staff, a young man named Cang Er and his female colleague, seemed genuinely pleased that we managed to secure it. For the complimentary souvenir bag, my mom specifically requested one with a Capybara – I hope no one thinks she's silly! It was a pity, though, that my favorite mints weren't included among the snacks. This time, only an executive king room was available. I still requested a room on the 9th floor in my booking notes. The room felt slightly larger than the business room. While there was a pillar inside, it didn't bother us at all, and we had a very comfortable night's sleep. Despite staying for several nights, I never had the chance to try the breakfast. Perhaps next time! The clothes dryer was in high demand, understandable given the hot weather which necessitated frequent laundry. The quick-dry option worked perfectly. The little note they left was also a very thoughtful touch. Over several check-ins and check-outs, I've only encountered a handful of front desk staff, and they've all been wonderfully considerate. Even when checking out at 5 AM, they were all at their posts and very responsible. My sincere thanks!"
