I checked many hotels on Ctrip but none seemed quite right, so I chose Jinghai Hotel – just because of the ”Jing” in its name. It felt like fate, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, right next to the Haihe Bridge. It's a bit far from the city center, making it quieter, but across the bridge, it's convenient for dining and shopping. I stayed in a river-view room, and the bridge looked beautiful at night. The room was new and elegant, with a touch of modern Chinese minimalism. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. The breakfast was plentiful, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the restaurant had a pleasant ambiance. Most importantly, the service was outstanding – incredibly professional, friendly, and enthusiastic. The training was excellent; the front desk staff were all beautiful and gentle, providing attentive and meticulous service. They even gave us small snacks and gifts upon check-in. Even the cleaning lady was very kind and diligent. I highly recommend Jinghai Hotel to anyone visiting Xingcheng; the price is reasonable and it offers excellent value.
