My husband and I spent several wonderful days at the Neringa Hotel and were overall very pleased. I'd especially like to highlight the hotel's excellent location, clean rooms, high level of service, and wonderful breakfasts. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. However, I have a few complaints about the room. The double room only had one chair, making it awkward for two people to enjoy coffee or tea. The main complaint concerns the bathroom. Instead of a shower, there was a bathtub with very high sides. It was not only uncomfortable to use, but also unsafe. The floor became slippery, and there was no step for easy entry and exit. At 165 cm tall, I found it quite difficult to climb into the bathtub. For older guests, this design could pose a significant risk of falling. Despite this drawback, our impression of the hotel was very good. We thank the Neringa staff for their hospitality and care.

The hotel location is very central as it is within Old Town. The hotel is surrounded by eateries and Remi supermarket. The service is good, and the hotel gives a nostalgic feel and was visited by other celebrities. The breakfast is very hearty with a decent spread and the hours are very long so I can still sleep in and have breakfast. The staff was very helpful and professional. The little note on the weather and the sweets after every room make up is a nice personal touch.

We stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed! The rooms were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the city center. We even walked to the Christmas tree celebration, which was especially lovely during the festive season. The breakfasts deserve special praise: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, with clear attention to detail. In the evenings, we couldn’t resist visiting the hotel bar—the cocktails were expertly crafted and truly outstanding, each one like a little work of art. An excellent choice for anyone who values comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere!

Hotel with fresh repair, worthy of service. Maybe one of the best options in Vilnius. Only stayed for one night, unfortunately. It may be far away if you are going to walk down the center, but you can get to the airport on foot if you want. When Vilnius visits next, I will stop here again.

Very modern, new hotel. Everything is clean, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was also great. The room was cozy, a bit small. However, the bathroom and shower were spacious enough. The location is near the river promenade. It's about a 25-minute walk to the old town.

I only stayed there for a night so I can't speak about the facilities in detail, but I can talk about the location, the cleanliness and the hospitality. There is a direct bus to the airport (for 5 Euros). It is close to the Train Station and the Airport. Also, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. I wish I could stay in this hotel longer because I quite enjoyed it.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, which made travel time longer and may not be convenient for travelers without a car. However, the room was generally clean and comfortable. Overall, it is satisfactory to stay at this hotel given the price level.

It clearly needs renovation, especially in the rooms and facilities. The refrigerator in our room did not work at all, even though it was plugged in. The air conditioner leaked water directly onto the floor, and it only worked properly when set to 18 degrees Celsius. At any higher temperature, it leaked heavily. The dark brown walls made the room feel quite gloomy, and the bathroom looked outdated. Overall, the staff were excellent, but the hotel's condition and equipment were disappointing.
