A wonderful hotel, from the moment of meeting until departure they treat you like the most dear guests, food, service, rooms - everything is excellent 👌 The sea, mountains, air - a fairy tale❤️ We will come back more than once, for sure 🙏🏼

Bed is very convenient, the mattress remembers the body shape, for the choice of 3 types of pillows. Breakfast is just excellent, everything as in hotels 5*. Enjoyable shower gel and soap, textile is very stylish. Guests of the hotel have free entrance to the only beach in Hechek. Entry to this beach is about $200. To the beach is taken by electric car. On the hotel territory various plants with plates, it was curious to walk and study the flora. Everything is very neat and stylish. The only thing that is not quite clear is the attitude of the staff, in our room did not put single brushes and pasta (after asked, gave), and at the entrance no one greeted the first, which somehow strange for such a level of hotels. There was also a short puff near the bed. But it's a little bit.

It's a relatively old beachfront location near Fitsey, with two swimming pools. The best part is the free beer in the evenings. It's also very close to the paragliding area, which is quite nice. You can book paragliding from the shop across the street.

This hotel is amazing, and so is the service. I'm usually very picky about service, food, and the overall concept, but I honestly can't find a single fault here. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holidays at the end of May, it never felt crowded. Every request was handled instantly, whether it was for something in the room, at the restaurant, or on the beach. I never had to remind anyone. The food in the main restaurant was all delicious, which is also rare. I especially loved the steak selection for dinner and the abundance of interesting appetizers and salads. A special thank you to the pastry chefs, as the desserts are magnificent, both in the main restaurant and the pastry shop. The a la carte restaurants didn't impress me as much. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that in the 18+ ”no kids” zone and on the main beach, you don't feel like people are on top of you because there are so many sun loungers. It only gets busy around the main pools, but if you want, there's a pool on the first floor with swim-up room access, where you can always find a sun lounger and swim with a gorgeous view. Special thanks to Mirza and Aidana, the chat assistants, who responded extremely quickly to everything and gave a warm welcome and farewell. After this, we stayed at the Liberty Signa hotel, but all the service and the hotel overall fell short compared to Xo, even though they are part of the same chain.

Every year we visit Turkey and definitely go to this our favorite hotel, especially loved rooms on the first floor you go straight from the street to your balcony, near the bar and swimming pool. In this hotel its special atmosphere, near the incredible sea, and above the parachute fly

The room was quite clean. It wasn't particularly hot at the end of May, and although there was only a light sheet on the bed, I expected to be cold. However, to my surprise, I had an incredibly comfortable night's sleep. Overall, my friends and I all agreed it was excellent.

Отель очень простой и поживший , особого обновления не проводится , но цена на полупансионе примирила с действительностью. Номер достался угловой и очень маленький , вдвоем тесно , но там ещё зачем-то запихнули раскладное кресло - кровать . Есть мини-бар, сейф за дополнительную плату . Балкончик симпатичный . Питание однообразное , но какая-то одна позиция меняется ежедневно . Рыбы не было совсем , только однажды салат с тунцом . Из фруктов - арбуз на ужин , а вот десерты были мне по вкусу , но перенести бы их на время завтрака!

The hotel is very pleasant; the vision and reality match 100%. There's a Russian-speaking girl on duty at reception. The restaurant truly feels like you're ”in a restaurant,” unlike the standard all-inclusive options in Turkey. The food is varied; we don't eat meat, but there were stewed vegetables, steamed and fried fish, and lots of desserts. There's even a cafeteria with desserts, ice cream, and drinks. The restaurant's layout is excellent, with a Bali-style decor. There's a mini-club on site, but there was no babysitter during our stay; the children played, drew, and so on, all on their own... (Perhaps this is due to the weekends/holidays). The hotel beach is divided into zones, so you can choose between the sand or the pool. It's very convenient, with showers and refrigerators stocked with water everywhere. The staff keeps it clean. There's a pool bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Overall, this was the most pleasant and beautiful hotel we've ever seen in Turkey. The only two downsides are price and room availability. Prices can be inflated, so you need to consider the time and season, or if there are special offers. The rooms are located on a hillside; there's an elevator, but it's only used by staff (for carrying luggage, etc.). The rest of the staff have to walk up steep stairs. The buildings are located across the street from the beach, restaurant, pool, and more.

Мы отдыхали с семьей 8 ночей. В отеле нам понравилось всё! Проживали на втором этаже, в отдельностоящем комплексе Annex, он располагается через дорогу от основного и в пяти минутах ходьбы до ресторана и прочих удобств… И у нас был номер с потрясающим видом на город и горы🫶💓При бронировании был запрос на тихий номер. И это было то, что нужно. Плюс у нас был свой бассейн и снек-бар. Первые этажи комплекса с выходом в большой бассейн. Всегда были свободные лежаки и никогда не было много людей в бассейне. Еда в отеле отличная, все вкусное и свежее, разнообразие достаточное! Всегда была говядина, рыба, курица. Были лангустины один раз, и примерно раз в неделю на улице жарят барбекю. Фрукты всегда арбуз, дыня, черешня, груши, яблоки, абрикосы, апельсины. Иногда были нектарины. В основном снек-баре можно полноценно поесть между основными приемами пищи. Коктейли алко и безалко - выбор большой, пиво, вино, игристое. Обслуживание не навязчивое и быстрое. Каждый вечер прекрасная анимация с приглашенными артистами, днём развлекают конкурсами на большом бассейне. Есть тренажерный зал, тренажеров немного, но поддерживающую тренировку провести можно. Территория отеля чистая и ухоженная. Но требует обновления. До моря даааалеко и по утрам большие пробки. Ездили на долмушках(маршрутка) за 56 лир/чел. После 12 a.m. можно нормально добраться. Номера неплохие, убирали хорошо. Аквапарк чудесный, недалеко от отеля, есть трансфер бесплатный. ‼️Из минусов: Неудобные раковины, вода брызгает во все стороны, душ с распашными дверьми, и если на них направлять душевую лейку, то вода льется прямо в коридор. Это неудобно. У нас в номере не было стакана для зубных щеток. Плохое освещение в коридоре, душе и туалете. Нет подсветки на зеркалах, когда делала макияж, это было практически вслепую😆 Для ухода только мыло жидкое и кусковое. Бассейны все глубокие от 1.5 м. Нет пологого дна нигде. Для детей опасно. Предусмотрите плав средства для детей. Но огромный плюс - это место! Город классный! Море восхитительное! Голубого цвета! Моя любовь навсегда! В отель хочу вернуться снова! У нас был поздний вылет, мы осбободили номер до 12 и были на море до обеда, нам предоставили душевую комнату, где мы привели себя в порядок перед поездкой. Огромное спасибо персоналу отеля, отдельное менеджеру Виктории(она говорит на русском), поворам и официантам ресторана! Вы молодцы 💕
