The living area houses a 55'' TV and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities: a coffee maker, mixer, food processor, pots, pan, mixing bowls, baking dishes lots more. The sun room includes a small office area with a desk for a computer or quiet time for the kids. All the bedrooms have TVs. Fresh linens are provided for your convenience. There are several local businesses where you can rent Golf Carts that will be delivered to the house and picked up after your vacation so you can cruise Ocean Boulevard and make fun trips to the Garden City pier right down the road. The Garden City pier has an active night life. Plus, there are a lot of options for restaurants, amusement games, rides and more. Important pet information....No furry friends, please. We absolutely love animals, but unfortunately the house is not equipped to handle furry guests. This policy is in place to accommodate all of our friends (guests) who may have pet allergies. We thank you for understanding, completely, this strict policy.*** Important child safety information: We are not 100% baby proofed but we do allow children and babies. We provide a great source to rent a baby gate and pack-n-play if you choose to not bring your own. We do have dresser's, mirrors and TV's secured and outlet plug covers.
