Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

Grand Mansion 1903 Hotel 🏨 is still as good as ever. I stayed here with my children in 2019. The children liked it very much. Both the decoration and the service of the hotel are very good. Have breakfast in the hotel's century-old wine cellar. Freshly fried steak and omelettes are the specialties. They taste very good and there are many varieties of breakfast. When I came to Harbin again this year, I chose the Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel. When I checked in, a handsome guy with a very nice attitude saw me bringing an old man and two children with him, and he even offered to give us a breakfast. The feeling of staying here this time is still very good. The waiters will meet all our needs. If I have the opportunity to come to Harbin again in the future, I will still choose Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel.

”百年钢琴”was very friendly and helpful to help us with the check in and luggage’s. We stayed here for two nights and love the breakfast here with more than 100 varieties “江景展厅” always make sure we have our hot desserts, fruits and coffee. We feel like home here. A wet and dry Laundry room is helpful when we travel, and distilled water is always available in gym, laundry room and hotel Room. Cute little robot is always doing Ultra violet light cleaning airborne virus, and nice live singing at the hotel lounge. This is definitely my choice of hotel that why we chose to come back again after we went to snow village for a two day one night trip

When you are tired from shopping on Central Street, you can take a rest, take a nap, recharge your batteries, and then go out to continue shopping. It can be said that it is very convenient. of. The overall appearance of the hotel, lobby, and corridors all look good. However, the double bed room we booked is smaller and feels a bit unwieldy. Larger suitcases are not easy to spread out, and the bathroom is particularly difficult. I was a bit hesitant to stay here after reading all the recent negative reviews, but we had an amazing stay and absolutely nothing to complain about! Room was clean and very comfortable, the service was great, location couldn’t be better. The room temperature was perfect, shower could get very hot, and even when we showed up to breakfast ten minuted before end they would still refill the different dishes. 100% recommend

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.

I brought my baby to Harbin with my husband. The location of the hotel is very, very good. It is Central Street when you go out, and it is close to the Songhua River Flood Control Memorial Tower. It is very close to the ice playground. You can go back to rest at any time when you are tired. The staff service is also very good and very warm!

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Location is perfect, literally meters from the main street. that's pretty much what and all you are paying for. We were in the basic room so expectations were low. I would say it satisfy the basic needs in terms of space and amenities. I mean is a decent place to sleep for the location. However, the room is really small, a bit cold, old and pretty much falling apart here and there. Bed was good, comfortable and soft. Rooms are not soundproof so expect to hear everything going around. However, we were lucky to not have many guests around. Wifi was horrible and slow. Reception was great and the staff at the entrance has been friendly and available with any requests. For the low score to service it is meant to the cleaning. Room was still dirty on the angles when we arrived. Soups were never refilled in the bathroom (not even the hand ones) and we had to ask everytime to get a refill. Feels like cleaning lady entered, put the cover on the bed back in order and left without caring much on whatever was needed to be refilled or cleaned in the room. Barely touching the bottom of the job. Anyway back again, low expectations, decent room, great location. Satisfy the basic requirements and if you get it for a low price might be worth it.

The location is very very good as it is in the Central street of Harbin. But, there is only meeting rooom there, with no other facilities. The service is good, and the hygiene is ok. It is just because the carpet is a bit dirty and this hotel is very very old. Also, it is not 4 stars level hotel, it is more like 2.5 stars. Not only the location is good, but also there is a Russian cuisine restaurant that is delicious nearby, I recommend everyone to try that restaurant. But, there is a lot of people there, so you need to go there early otherwise the seats will be full and need to wait for a really long time. This hotel is ok if you live there for a night or two, but if you stay in this hotel for 3 nights or more, then I dont really recommend you to live in this hotel.

朋友推薦過來的，客棧在小區裏晚上特別安靜，位置不錯離中央大街松花江網紅橋什麼的也都很近不需要打車，老闆娘人也挺好的服務不錯，加了微信有事可以隨時聯繫，床品乾淨設施挺齊全的，洗漱用品都有還準備了一次性拖鞋坐便套盒洗臉巾，都是完全免費的！很貼心不錯！

A satisfactory housing experience! The hotel service was warm. On the first day, I upgraded the room type for free and presented fruit and yogurt. There was afternoon tea in the lobby every afternoon. The rooms are fully equipped with humidifiers, which are very friendly to tourists who are not suitable for dry climates from the south. There are also contact lens boxes, body lotions, paper and pen staplers... Many things are disposable and clean. Hotel location is also very good, just on the edge of Central Street, close to the Sophia Church, it is very convenient to get up in the morning and go to the Red Brick Street morning market. Very good location next to zhongyang street and songhua river, it's easy to find restaurant nearby. The name of the hotel is different, the real name is James joyce coffetel, the lady at the reception is very kind, she let us do early check-in without any charges. But the rooms quite cold beside the window, maybe because the temperature drops outside. We didn't do any complain since it's tolerable.
