Everything is very good!!! The concierge at the door was warm and polite and took the initiative to help us pick up the boxes and press the elevator to leave. He also helped us carry the boxes when we left. The service attitude was really hard to fault! The hotel front desk staff answered all questions and was very enthusiastic when we left. I was also given Russian chocolate, which was a great experience! ! The dessert table covers a long time, and there are all kinds of coffee, desserts and fruits. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the facilities are advanced and novel. All aspects of the hotel have been unanimously recognized by family and friends. I will definitely choose it again next time I come to Harbin. Awesome! !

Grand Mansion 1903 Hotel 🏨 is still as good as ever. I stayed here with my children in 2019. The children liked it very much. Both the decoration and the service of the hotel are very good. Have breakfast in the hotel's century-old wine cellar. Freshly fried steak and omelettes are the specialties. They taste very good and there are many varieties of breakfast. When I came to Harbin again this year, I chose the Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel. When I checked in, a handsome guy with a very nice attitude saw me bringing an old man and two children with him, and he even offered to give us a breakfast. The feeling of staying here this time is still very good. The waiters will meet all our needs. If I have the opportunity to come to Harbin again in the future, I will still choose Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel.

Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

They helped to deal with the problem in the middle of the night and provided customer compensation. However, I did not go to breakfast and cannot comment on the restaurant. Facilities: It is old. It can be seen that the grade of this hotel was still very high and advanced many years ago. There is a bathtub, a telephone in the bathroom, a retractable mirror, a bathrobe, etc., but the overall facilities are very old. For example, the bathroom lacks a shower, which is still worse than modern hotels. Hygiene: The aunt is very enthusiastic and will give you what you need quickly. I stayed for two days and cleaned the house during the period, but the beauty contact lens box seemed to be accidentally thrown away.

Had to wait for the second room to be ready but we came before 3pm. Room had two skylight windows. Wanted to upgrade rooms but hotel was full. Stayed 2 nights, 2 bedrooms. Location was fantastic. Kevin, the duty manager, was particularity very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with our luggage during the busy period. The breakfast spread was good. Gym was small with two treadmill machines and one all-in-one fitness equipment. But no one was there so you got the whole gym to yourself. TV channels were limited. Bathroom amenities were adequate. Overall it's a good stay.

We are all foreigners staying there for 3 nights. Front desk is so helpful. They are so polite and nice, but they cannot speak English. The hotel condition overall is very good. It’s clean and hygiene. The location is also good. You can walk only 50m to the metro line 2 (green), bowuguan station 博物馆. There is also delivery service from the robot if you order food from outside. There is laundry service on 3rd floor: 2 washing machine and 2 dryer.

From the hotel to the airport, you can call a car to Harbin Railway Station (directly positioned at the entrance of Tianzhu Hotel), there are many direct buses to the airport, 20 yuan is very convenient. ❤️ Special Tips The hotel has a big shopping center in two steps (the supermarket on the negative 1st floor is good), and there is Songlei Shopping Center (the old chef can be punched in the 6th floor, the old Changchun cake on the 7th floor, and the ice cream in the end), the struggle non-staple food market (you can punch in the fried vegetarian balls and red sausage) and then two steps and Qiulin, eat and drink without worrying 👍👍🌟 If the hotel goes to Central Street Sofia without traffic jams, Didi will arrive within 10 minutes (not recommended to take a taxi), and the cost is less than 15 yuan. 🍀 Facilities The room is quite satisfactory, the area is not large, long tables, lamps, chairs, humidifiers, full-length mirrors, etc. 👍 Feel good is: 1- There is a large cloak hook in the door, which is very good, it is very suitable in the northeast, and the coat scarf is always taken. 2-The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the shower room hot water is fast and the water volume is large. 3-The room temperature is controlled by central air conditioning, and it is very comfortable to keep it stable at about 21-23℃. In General this was a good hotel. And some of the staff were so helpful and friendly! But what wasn’t clear for us, is that it’s a hotel where people are allowed to smoke everywhere, also in the bathroom for example. There is apparently a non smoking floor which we didn’t know when we booked. But everything else was good :)

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.

The disadvantage is that the shower is on the floor without water isolation, so the floor gets wet easily. The overall stay experience was very good and it is worth staying again.
