Highly recommended, a solid five-star experience! The cleanliness was impeccable, every area spotless, which put me completely at ease. Service was incredibly responsive; even when I needed a charger in the middle of the night, it was delivered within minutes. The [specific breakfast dish] at breakfast was an absolute standout and instantly brightened my day. Whether you're traveling for business or with family, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place. I'm already planning to recommend it to all my friends.

The restaurant is fantastic, with a great ambiance and excellent facilities. The breakfast is abundant and served until 12 PM, which is perfect for someone like me who isn't an early riser. After this brunch, I was full of energy and ready to explore. The service is thoughtful and warm; every staff member in the restaurant had a friendly smile on their face. The 3D-printed yogurts in the pictures are incredibly cute; I took photos of all of them to cherish. Although my dietary choices were somewhat limited due to ethnic considerations, I was delighted to find Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles here. Their roasted chicken also tasted exceptionally good, and today I even had stewed chicken with mushrooms – I'm so satisfied! The room offers a splendid view, with the beautiful Songhua River scenery right before my eyes. The housekeeping staff always greeted me warmly whenever we met. On my first day, I even received frozen pears in an insulated container and a handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch. The transportation is super convenient; the hotel is right next to the river cable car, a five-minute walk to Central Avenue, and it's only about a twenty-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. What an amazing hotel!

The hotel's location is pretty good, about a 15-minute walk from Central Street. The room was clean and quite spacious. The front desk staff were welcoming and provided attentive service. The lobby even offered complimentary iced hawthorn tea daily, which was a refreshing treat after a day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was also good, with a decent variety and tasty options. My only suggestion would be to offer one or two fresh fruits every day. We had breakfast twice; there was watermelon on the first day, but no fresh fruit on the second. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Harbin.

Upon reaching Harbin Taiping international airport after a long flight the last thing we wanted to deal with was more hassles & spending more unnecessary money. So we were pleasantly surprised to find that the airport bus to the Harbin railway station stopped right in front of the Tianzhu Hotel! On top of that it is a genuine hotel with well maintained full facilities. The bedroom is very spacious & comfortable with separate sleeping & sitting areas. Being on the 18th floor, our room was spotless, far from any noise & overlooked the square. At night when the whole city lit up we enjoyed watching the spectacular scene just outside our window! The area is surrounded by lots of eating & shopping places so we were spoilt for choice. A plus was the staff who were always smiling, attentive & helpful. Truly a well managed hotel! Being a mere short distance away from the bus station also meant that we could easily visit Unit 731, Sun Island, St Sophia’s Cathedral & Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. We had planned to train to Mudanjiang, Hengdaohezi & Changchun so being near the Harbin railway station was imperative for us. Thank you Tianzhu Hotel for the warm hospitality which was the icing on the cake to our wonderful holiday in Harbin.

The hotel service was absolutely top-notch! Before our arrival, they called to check on our booking, and upon hearing we had children and seniors, they kindly upgraded our room for free. They also sent us important notes and details about our benefits. They even helped us store refrigerated items for free – we had so many chilled and frozen things, it was almost embarrassing! 😂 The staff also assisted us with our luggage, which was a great help. The location couldn't be better. St. Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market are just a 10-minute walk away. There are only four parking spots, so I was lucky to snag one. Plus, there are free hot and cold drinks and snacks! Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but given the excellent location, it was bearable. The in-ceiling Bluetooth speaker was a bit of a bug though; it started playing a ”cat and mouse” sound while we were trying to sleep. After calling the front desk, a staff member came to fix it very quickly. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly because the service attitude was fantastic. Highly commendable!!

The thoughtful service at the lobby bar instantly uplifted my spirits upon arrival; it was such a delightful welcome. The afternoon tea was incredibly exquisite – almost too beautiful to eat! It was perfectly sweet without being cloying, and every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. What truly impressed me was the hotel's extensive facilities; from the gym to the meticulous room details, everything was flawless. I honestly didn't want to leave the hotel once I checked in!

I've stayed at quite a few Hampton Inns, and this one in Harbin was generally quite disappointing. Location: It's in a popular commercial area, right next to the Heilongjiang Museum. Building: Seems to be an older structure. Front Entrance: Narrow, making it difficult to get in and out of vehicles. Lobby: Decent, no major issues. Service: The front desk staff were cold and unwelcoming. I don't expect over-the-top enthusiasm, but a basic level of professionalism would be good. Room: The TV resolution was low, and the bed wobbled when I turned over; even stuffing towels under it the next day didn't help. The window was quite small and looked dirty. Bathroom: No smart toilet, and the showerhead was leaking.

The environment is great, the facilities are new, and the whole place is smart-enabled. There's a bus stop right outside, and the subway station isn't far, making it convenient for visiting the hospital at Shanghai Medical College. The location and price offer fantastic value for money. Front desk staffer Xiao Xu provided excellent and enthusiastic service. The breakfast was plentiful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

We chose a family room, and they provided three sets of toiletries, which was perfect for our two adults and two children. If we needed more, we could just call the front desk. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Harbin Station is within walking distance, or you can take the subway one stop, which is probably better. Just turn right out of the hotel and walk a few dozen meters to the Museum Station subway. One stop takes you directly to Harbin Station, and you don't even have to exit the subway to get to the train station entrance. A taxi costs the minimum fare of 9 yuan to get there. If you walk right out of the hotel, you'll find Fendou Road Deli, Fendou Fen Chang, and Qiulin Lidaosi a few hundred meters down, turning right at the corner with Mixue Bingcheng. Everything there is delicious, but be prepared for queues. Getting to the Ice and Snow World by subway is very convenient. On the way back, we got off at People's Square and walked about 7 minutes to Laochujia for some Guobaorou (fried pork in a sweet and sour sauce). As for hotel facilities, they're a bit dated. The family room has a walk-in closet and a living room bathroom. However, there was only one working electrical outlet in the entire room, so we had to take turns charging our devices. There's no laundry room, and breakfast is just average – enough to fill you up, but we couldn't bring ourselves to wake up early enough for the morning market.

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from Harbin Railway Station, making travel very easy. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and provided excellent service. They even upgraded my room for free and included breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful and nutritious. Although breakfast is officially from 7 AM to 9 AM, if you have an early schedule, you can eat as early as 6:30 AM, which is a very thoughtful touch.
