The location is super convenient! A ten-minute walk to the left takes you to Qiulin Company and Fendou Food Store, and another ten minutes gets you to the Provincial Museum. To the right, there are many snack bars and BBQ stalls, and if you keep walking, you'll reach the Church of the Intercession. It's also a short taxi or subway ride to Central Street or the riverside. Out of all the hotels I stayed at during my 10-day trip to Harbin, this one had the most convenient transportation. It seems they host a lot of group bookings, as there were always guests waiting to check in at the front desk every day. So, available rooms might be limited and you should book quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, very patient and meticulous, and even assisted me with contacting a courier (੭ •_•)📦

This budget hotel exceeded my expectations and offers incredible value for money. It was spotlessly clean, with fresh bedding, and the bathroom was dry and odorless. Hot water came quickly, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The front desk staff were efficient during check-in and very patient. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, and it was quiet at night, allowing for a great night's sleep. Among hotels in the same price range, this one truly stands out. There were no hidden fees, making it highly recommended for both short trips and temporary stays. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was excellent, and parking was available. It felt like a high-end hotel. I booked a windowless room, but the front desk upgraded me to one with a large window. They even offered afternoon desserts. The value for money was exceptional, and the style was unique. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It's about a 10-minute walk to Central Street and St. Sophia Church, or just a short taxi ride for the minimum fare. Getting anywhere was super convenient, and it was very quiet. Our stay at this new hotel was fantastic! The room was super spacious, perfect for two adults and a child. They even set up a sofa bed for us, so everyone had their own bed. Having a bathtub was a huge plus – after a day of digging for shells, a hot soak was incredibly relaxing for the little one. Our room on the 15th floor offered amazing views from the large window, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The self-service laundry was convenient, and my child thoroughly enjoyed the gym. The wontons at breakfast were delicious, and they even added beef! While the selection wasn't as vast as a Hilton, the quality of ingredients was outstanding. We especially loved the healthy salads with kale. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center. It's only a 10-minute walk to Qinhuang Alley, and a short taxi ride to Xigang Garden, Jinmeng Coast, and Qianshuiwan. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Qinhuangdao!

I had a layover in Harbin and booked this hotel because it's very close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk. It was very convenient for both staying after arriving and catching my train the next day. The front desk kindly upgraded our room for free. The room was clean and tidy, and we had a great stay. Very satisfied.

I booked this room for my parents. The location is excellent, right across from Harbin Station, with a subway station nearby and the airport shuttle stop downstairs. Although the building isn't new, it's very clean, and they were very satisfied. I'd like to give a positive review to the staff; they had a great attitude and were helpful in resolving any issues. My parents were very pleased.

For my trip to Harbin this time, I specifically chose to stay at the Longmen Guesthouse Hotel, and it was an excellent choice! This building, constructed in 1901, is a Class I protected heritage site. It's essentially a living museum, having previously served as significant venues like the Chinese Eastern Railway Administration Hotel and the Russian Consulate. What a storied past! Historical figures such as Marshal Zhang Xueliang and Pu Jie and his wife once stayed here, and General Chen Geng even hosted Qian Xuesen within its walls. Its location is also incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the railway station's South Square, making it super easy to get to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. The guest rooms are bright, clean, and elegantly decorated, beautifully blending the historic charm of the old architecture with modern comforts. Touching the century-old wooden windows feels like turning the pages of a three-dimensional history book – the overall experience was truly wonderful.

The hotel facilities are indeed a bit old. The first room we were given had inconsistent hot and cold water, making it impossible to shower. We had to buy a basin for takeout to mix water to a suitable temperature for our child's bath. We initially considered changing hotels, but after reporting the issue to the front desk the next day, they moved us to a different room, and we didn't have that problem anymore. After staying a few days, I can say the service is truly excellent; they accommodate every request. We ended up extending our stay for several more days.

The hotel was just mediocre. The lobby, though, was quite luxurious and beautiful; at first glance, it seemed a bit upscale. But the actual experience was really just average. The concierge staff (a few older gentlemen) never greeted me (even after staying 5 nights and going in and out dozens of times), but I guess you can't expect too much from an independent domestic brand hotel. What was even funnier was the front desk. I handed him my ID, he typed a few things on the computer, then mysteriously leaned in and whispered that he had upgraded me. I even thanked him, but when I opened the door and walked in, I realized it was just the room type I had originally booked. It even looked smaller than the area described on Trip.com, and the sofa was awkwardly placed diagonally in the corner, making it inconvenient to move around. It's truly laughable; I didn't expect an upgrade, nor did I even ask for one. I never beg for things at the front desk during check-in, so there's no need to mislead people, okay? The second funny point was the strong smell of smoke in the room, especially in the bathroom. The moment I walked in, I smelled a strong smoke odor. But I was so tired from an early flight that day and just wanted to quickly wash up and rest. When I entered the bathroom, the smoke smell was even stronger, making me feel nauseous. At this point, I was just cursing the smokers who insist on lighting up in hotel rooms. But after I finished washing up, I saw a box of matches on the coffee table. Haha, speechless. Even more ridiculous, there was a 'No Smoking' sign on the bedside table. People who hate smoke should definitely avoid booking this hotel. Oh, and the so-called afternoon tea consisted of very cheap pastries, small tomatoes, and apricots of varying sizes and textures, some soft, some hard. Yes, the kind of 'Western pastries' you'd find at a 68-yuan buffet, utterly disgusting. The only drink was a pot of 'hot tea' that was so diluted I couldn't even tell what kind of tea it was. This 'afternoon tea' was simply pathetic; they might as well have given me two bananas. I left after 5 minutes on the first afternoon. The remaining 4 vouchers went straight into the trash. I didn't give the lowest rating because the cleaning lady had a very good attitude; otherwise, it would definitely have been a one-star rating.

I stayed in a single room, which was a bit small but acceptable. However, the amenities provided were not good. There were no disposable slippers; the slippers given looked like they had been used by previous guests and weren't even cleaned. In the bathroom, there was only a small sachet of shampoo, a small sachet of shower gel, and a small bar of soap – nothing else. The room was incredibly cold, the air conditioning wasn't working, and there was no electric heater or anything. The water pressure from the sink faucet was extremely low, making it difficult to even wash my hands, and there was no hot water. I ended up leaving without washing my face or brushing my teeth.
