One of the best place to stay in kaliurang,very nice room,with affordable prices. But...went there last sunday,riding my bike,and the security said just to park it nearby car parking space. No roof no nothing to cover from rain and unfortunately heavy rain coming and our helmet was fill with the water,nobody try to safe it from the rain. Pool is so-so but i still enjoy the awesome scenery from there. Improve the cleanliness also cos i found the used soap in the bathroom and some dirty plates outside my room from sunday afternoon until i checked out monday morning they still lying there.

The place is surrounded by zoo1 but the bamboo room 2 for the bathroom was fixed. Yeah. The closet... because of the bauk3. And shake the clothes.. if you want to go to the house, it's not good.. ..the reproductive servants are friendly.. thanks for the lower.

I hope my review can avoid anyone to be in this bad place. When I arrived it was early for check-in, I decided to book the lava tour via the hotel (a waste of time and money). Towards the end of the tour, the jeep driver, a young boy, made very heavy comments. I returned to the hotel and made this point known to a man in the reception, who started laughing at me and told the colleagues who reacted with a fragrant laugh. The morning afterwards I made a witness to a woman at the reception that I had to take my clothes to wash because the water of the air conditioner was dropped on the clothes and washing them, and I made it clear that it seemed correct to be paid back. Magically, the girl no longer understands English. I told her too what happened the day before during the lava tour and what was the reaction of colleagues ... but also in this case the English.. forgotten. The place in general is a big barrack. The staff is incapable and without a minimum of professionalism. There are several coffee but all closed or without products. It should be a hotel for business people ...but always really a noisy, dirty and bad circus. The lack of respect for me was the worst and it was really a bad experience, and I would not recommend this place to women, but generally to all those who have a minimum of respect and consideration for the next.

The hotel room is quite spacious. The condition of the hotel is very clean. Room service arrives quickly when needed. No liquid soap provided. The room is not very soundproof so the sound of people walking and talking outside the room can be heard very clearly. But overall it was very pleasant staying here

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights this August 2022. My main purpose for staying in this hotel was staycation. And I chose a room with bath tub, because in case the pool water is cold, I wanted to use the bath tub instead. But unfortunately, the bath tub in my room (637) was malfunction (the plug didn't hold the water well so the water in the tub kept decreasing). I reported this issue to Guest Service via room phone, and the lady said she would inform the housekeeping/technician. But then, until the next day, and then until time for check out, no follow up whatsoever from the hotel. So, that was sort of ruining my staycation, because I couldn't use the pool because of the cold water, and I couldn't use the bath tub either. Eventually some hotel official approached me in the lobby to apologize, but that was after me checking out. So.. I guess there is an issue in internal control and quality assurance in this hotel. Quite the shame, considering this is a legendary 5 star hotel in Yogyakarta. But the service from breakfast staff was remarkable. And there were adorable doves looking for crumbs in the restaurant outdoor.

good looking and nicely service for business and leisure . The cleanliness is good, but the mushala should be better if the ablution it is not too far. The food is okay and the service of the food is quietly very good. Maybe if there is lively flower or orchids flower not a plastic flower that is more better.

Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service! Escape from the city, this resort is a hidden gem of Salatiga city. The high ceiling, wooden furniture, the balcony and trees will bring you the ambience of natural resort. Goes here will give at least experiences of nice living of Salatiga and paradise resort, combine with excellence services of Javanese tradition. enjoy your wine in a romantic natural scene, who doesn’t want?

The receptionist are never smile, when i check in on March 7/20 @12.30 PM and i request for wake up call @5.00 AM to Lilis (GSA) for early morning flight but nobody set it up. So i wake up @5.32 AM and get hurry for it, i call the night shift incharge he said the wake up call is set up @10.20 AM, so funny. Its better i stay in small hostel with USD 5, with friendly staff and clean room. Because i will flight early morning so i have to stay near airport thats why i choose this terrible hotel without wake up call. I know you guys build this hotel near airport for the part of the guest who lookin for their flight so please be aware. Room is clean but many ants on the table when i put my bakpia they swarm it arround. Thanks for ”Good” service Johan

The house is very good and meets the five-star standard, but the road in the mountains is very difficult to walk The airport took about 200 taxis, more than two hours away (if there is not too much traffic) Ctrip's service is very poor, it is very extremely not recommended to book foreign hotels on Ctrip! ! ! All the contact information given cannot reach the hotel, saying that it is the correct contact information given by a third party... When I went to the store to ask all the contact information were wrong, except for the hotel address If you want to see the volcano, it is not recommended to book this place in the rainy season, there is a high probability that you will not see it. Those who don't like bugs don't recommend this place. This place is on the mountain. There are many ants near the food at the breakfast buffet.
