The entire staff is wonderful. The house keeping is very polite and extremely accommodating. The area around the hotel has improved significantly.

Gave me a room that wasn’t even cleaned or had any bed sheets we ran out of there. I’m just hoping my refund actually gets issued.

The property was super convenient for the Freeway as it was almost alongside it and as I arrived after dark it was easy to find. No food at the Motel but there is a McDonald's and Burger King walkable from the front door and other food options a short drive away. Also gas was available close by for my car.
The room itself was satisfactory but some of the light fittings didn't work, the desk chair was broken and really should have been got rid of, the mattress on the bed wasn't very comfortable. Wifi was fully available and worked well.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but they ended up putting me in a smoking room. The room was dirty. the ashtray still had ash. The bed linens had cigarette burns hole. There was trash from the last person that had the room. and there was no soap to take a shower with.

It was fine for my needs. They should recaulk the bathtub. The black streaks look like mold.

Room was not ready had to wait for it due to short staff but once in room no soap room felt dirty so I sprayed with Lysol and used wipes also. The room needs a fix up.

Average rooms and lobby. Off putting guests at night. Our room’s lock was broken and hanging on by part of a clothes hanger. Not greeted when we checked in.
