Its a historical building. But for the cost i would expect toilet paper in the room. I would expect a coffee maker and a microwave as well. $3 bottled water is outrageous. The room was booked for 2 ppl and they gave us one bath robe. I was only there for a night but will definitely chose other accommodation s in the future. Ive stayed at motel 6s with better accommodations and price.

The hotel is beautiful- our room was stunning - and the staff is amazing. Only issue was the bed was not comfortable at all. Felt like a pull out mattress from an old couch so we did not sleep well as a result. However, I would still happily return to the hotel.

I would go back, but the restaurant was closed and breakfast was very limited. The hotel is beautiful, and the surroundings are quiet. There is no Tesla Charger at the hotel. There is one Tesla charger in walking distance.

I expected better. Lots of little things went wrong. Nothing major, but for a boutique hotel, not worth the money.

Front desk staff, valet, doorman- everyone was very professional, friendly and kind. Facility was beautiful. Room was perfect. Very modern, very stylish.

absolute GEM!
The Goodwin is my go-to hotel in Hartford. The rooms are immaculate, staff is kind and helpful and will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
I will return again and again!

Simple Check in to a ready room after easy Valet parking. Friendly staff that offered good advice. Wonderful Ballroom event with superb food.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful room. I would have liked a stronger in-room dining option or the ability to get breakfast at the hotel itself. Otherwise, the experience was great. Highly recommend.
