"Dear Trip.com Customer Support, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent booking I made through your platform. The reservation amount displayed during the booking process was approximately ₪700, which I understood to be the total cost. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was charged ₪980 – a significant discrepancy of ₪280. It turns out that additional taxes or fees were added at the property, despite no clear indication of this during the booking process on your site. This is misleading and unacceptable. The total amount shown at checkout should reflect the final amount to be paid – not a partial figure that causes surprise charges upon check-in. I kindly request a full explanation and reimbursement for the overcharged amount. Please find below the booking. I trust that Trip.com will take this matter seriously and process my refund promptly. "Μένουν στο ξενοδοχείο μόνο για μια νύχτα... και μου άρεσε το δωμάτιο, ειδικά το παράθυρο, το θέα από το εστιατόριο... και το εστιατόριο στην 1η οροφή... μέχρι την παραλία... 8 λεπτά με τα πόδια, αν και το ξενοδοχείο στην παραλία είναι περαστικό. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι πολύ διαφορετικά με μέτρηση και εξοπλισμό, πρέπει να διαλέξετε πολύ προσεκτικά, επειδή δεν σας νοιάζει... χρειαζόμασταν ένα πλυντήριο για να μαγειρέψουμε... και τα πάντα... και υπάρχουν πλυντήριο... και τα πάντα είναι ωραία. Θα ερχόμασταν ξανά."

"I don't even know where to start with this review. 1 - Staff are rude and also they try to charge extra on arrival. 2 - Loads of cockroaches in the room. 3 - Room not clean at all and had a bad smell to it. 4 - Room very very outdated, nothing spent on that hotel in 20+ years. 5 - Balcony doors and all windows really hard to open. 6 - Breakfast was the worst food. Nothing fresh an even the waffles were from a packet. 7 - Lift stopped working when I was in it and had to press alarm button. 8 - Pool closes at 5pm. The list continues but I'm not wasting any more time on leaving this review as I see other reviews from years ago that are the same as mine so obviously nothing will change at this hotel. Always check reviews before booking anywhere. (I wish I did and I will be doing in the future)"

"If you want to ruin your vacation, you have to stay here at your own expense. The hotel manager is the one who makes you want to change hotels, and you'll get it. He's an elderly man, clearly tired from work, and he hates everyone around him, especially those who came here for vacation. You'll hear him swearing at you, and he won't be happy to check you in and will say so. The question is, how does the hotel management keep him?! Or rather, what's his motivation?"

"The service we received on our visit to the hotel was exceptional ..the reception manager Liav was very caring and worked really hard to make sure we had everything we needed , his main concern was that we were happy ..He really understood us and what we needed. the reception staff were all so caring and we really felt they wanted to please us in any way they could. Alan was exceptionally nice and understanding especially when we had a misunderstanding with our reservation. He went out of his way to make us so comfortable. if you come here its worthwhile to meet these wonderful people they will take care of your every need1 the rooms are luxurious and the veiw is breathtaking!"

"Αν και το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο και είναι σε καλή θέση, παίρνουν 200 σεκέλες και θα βρουν τους λόγους για να κλέψουν την κατάθεση από σένα. Είχα το ίδιο πρόβλημα πριν 3 χρόνια, αλλά αυτή τη φορά δεν ήθελα να φύγω από το δωμάτιο μέχρι να επιστρέψουν την κατάθεση."

"I would leave minus 10 stars if it was an option. I booked through a 3rd party website. When I arrived, they told me that it’s a common mistake people make when using that website that they don’t make the booking correctly and that I need to pay an extra 1500nis if I want to stay. I had travelled all day with my young kids and couldn’t bear the thought of not having anywhere for them to stay so I agreed to pay it. My cards wouldn’t work there (even though they worked many times on the way to the hotel for public transport). They told me there’s a problem with their machine and I need to pay cash. I have refused but they told me they will take that amount before I leave from the card I have saved with them. I have 2 rooms, although a good size they are dated, mouldy, the ceiling is leaking from the air conditioning. There are hundreds of cockroaches in my room. They have given me a spray to kill them. I physically feel sick staying in this hotel. My children are crying and will not sleep as they are scared of the cockroaches. I have asked the hotel for a refund so that I can go stay somewhere safe but they will not agree to compensate me. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff are rude, have tried to steal money from me and have offered me no help"

"Αφού έφευγα για ένα ωραίο ρομαντικό διαφύγισμα για 2 . Δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός σε θερμοκρασία 39 . Έπρεπε να παρακαλέσω για άλλο δωμάτιο. Είπε ότι δεν υπήρχαν άλλα δωμάτια. Σπασμένοι θύρες στο δωμάτιο. Η ασφάλεια μπήκε στο δωμάτιο μέσα στη νύχτα λόγω “αποτυχίας ”. Τρελή φωνή μουσικής όλη μέρα , δεν μπορούσε να ξεκουραστεί καθόλου. Αφήσαμε στο κέντρο της επίσκεψης . Όταν ζητήσαμε τα χρήματα πίσω, είπαν ότι θα μας έδιναν άλλη μια ελεύθερη νύχτα . Δεν ήξερα αν θα γελούσα ή θα έκλαιγα."
