The hotel staff were exceedingly friendly, courteous and professional. Hotel service was excellent and the room was utterly comfortable. We were able to have a romantic and relaxing weekend together. I highly recommend staying in the business loft room. Thank you to the hotel staff, we look forward to our next visit.

Great location, service was great. All the gentlemen and ladies were ready to help, Candy helped me to change rooms when I needed to extend my stay.
Breakfast has some varieties.
Staff speak English which is helpful.
Swimming pool, a little bit disappointed with people taking pictures and videos of my family.
Overall, good stay.

I think the hotel management has to improve the behaviors of the employees, because I forgot to book the breakfast and I order it extra at restaurant, the restaurant manager bothered me 3 times with his bill. I think it can be processed more polite.
I know that hotel few years ago and I has to say the quality is going low
It’s like a 3 Star Chinese hotel

at least CNN and HBO channels .... the hotel is great. the staff is professionnal and friendly.
the swimming pool is clean and quiet.
the AC is a bit noisy in the room (just beside the bed) and it has difficulties to reduce the temperature in summer (cold air goes to the 1st floor.
i guess it will be the opposite in summer and the 1st floor will be hard to warm.
good sound insulation.
The duplex is nice and feel like an appar**ent.
i will definitively come back.
