"I wanted to share my experience from this stay, which truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, perfectly situated with all amenities nearby, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. What I found most reassuring was the cleanliness; both the room and common areas were spotless and bright. There wasn't a speck of dust in the corners or any stains in the bathroom, and all the toiletries were neatly arranged, which made me feel very comfortable. The in-room facilities were comprehensive and thoughtfully designed, providing a great user experience. You can tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into maintaining its hardware. Furthermore, the service here was exceptionally heartwarming. The staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly, demonstrating professionalism in every detail. From check-in to check-out, I felt a genuine sense of sincerity throughout my stay. It's perfect whether you're staying for a short visit or a few days. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely be returning."

"My stay at Grand Hyatt Hefei exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic, right above MixC Shopping Mall, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. My high-floor room offered breathtaking views, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Swan Lake – the nightscape was truly dazzling and so calming. The room itself had a lovely Chinese Zen aesthetic, clean and elegant, with comfortable bedding and top-notch facilities (Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet). The service was attentive and thoughtful, warm yet discreet, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was lavish, featuring a great mix of local specialties and international dishes. The high-altitude pool and gym were first-rate, giving a real resort feel. Overall, it was perfect; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hefei!"

"The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and the location is super convenient. What really stood out was how the hotel anticipated our needs, even before we thought of them. Since it's on a pedestrian street and cars can't drive right up, the front desk proactively asked if we needed parking for our car and if we needed help with our luggage upon arrival. So thoughtful! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, breakfast was varied and fresh, and the afternoon tea was a lovely touch in an elegant setting. They even offered a comforting late-night snack. It truly felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Anhui, and I'd recommend it to all my friends!"

"The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby, although most were closed for the New Year holiday. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. Even with many guests checking in during the holiday, they remained friendly and courteous. What needs improvement is the room's cleanliness. Upon check-in, there was a lot of dust on the bathroom mirror counter. We figured the cleaning staff might have overlooked it, so we didn't mention it, but it wasn't cleaned on the following two days either. For breakfast, I felt like two hotels were sharing one restaurant, as I saw people entering with different room cards. During the New Year, the restaurant was completely overwhelmed; eating felt like a battle. Overall, I hope the hotel focuses more on the details. I look forward to you doing even better!"

"I've been to Hefei many times, and I always heard people recommend staying here. This time, I finally got to arrange a stay for Jolin Tsai's concert! I wouldn't say it's the best on Pedestrian Street, but I'd definitely say it's the best value for money! 👍 The environment is very well-designed, and the room is spacious. The important thing is that it's a smart home system throughout, which is really hassle-free! The TV is actually a projector, with such a huge screen! It felt great watching movies. 👍 The breakfast was pretty good too; my kid loved it and said they want to stay here again next time! 👍 Oh, and there was a little surprise: you can get a bunch of useful small items in the room for free. Remember to check it out!"

We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave. The hotel food was also delicious. The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall."

"The hotel is a 15-minute taxi ride from the high-speed train station, and it's just a short drive to the nearby Intime commercial street. From my room, I had a clear view of the surrounding office buildings. The workspace in the room was excellent, with a well-designed small desk and chair. The front desk staff, Elsa and Naomi, were incredibly warm and attentive. They even offer multi-port chargers and umbrellas for loan. The Wi-Fi was stable, and I had no issues with video conferences. In the evening, I explored the 'Tianjie Xiaoxiang' area recommended by the hotel, which had a wonderful local vibe. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, so it's convenient for those catching early flights as they can pack it to go. This hotel perfectly balances efficiency and a sense of local life. Highly recommend for business travelers. I'll definitely be back!"

From department managers to the cleaning staff, everyone greets you with a warm smile, making you feel truly welcomed. For just over 600 yuan, a standard room with breakfast for two offers excellent value for money. The hotel boasts a prime location with incredibly convenient transport links; the Line 1 subway station is right downstairs. Since we stayed for four consecutive days, on our last day, the lobby manager personally escorted us to the executive lounge to enjoy complimentary afternoon tea and an evening light meal, and even upgraded our room to an executive room. Thanks to the convenient transport, we primarily used the subway for sightseeing, which was both fast and economical. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The Chinese restaurant also offered a rich variety of dishes at very reasonable prices."
