My stay at the Dan Acadia hotel was truly a pleasant surprise. Every member of the team, from the reception area and housekeeping staff to the restaurant crew, bartenders, and management, was exceptional. I'd like to emphasize the outstanding service I received from Daniel at the reception. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly helpful, providing valuable information about the hotel and the Herzliya area. His patience and kindness were evident throughout my stay. Initially, I had planned for a three-night stay, but after a conversation with Daniel on my first night, I decided to extend my visit by another five nights. Every person I encountered during my time at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff on the second floor were consistently warm and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. Kobi, the hotel manager, was accommodating and friendly, always checking in with a smile to ensure our comfort and happiness. His dedication to providing excellent hospitality was evident in every interaction. Lastly Roy, the restaurant manager responsible for both the poolside bar and interior Castell hotel restaurant- He consistently went above and beyond, displaying attentiveness and kindness. He made sure the food met our preferences and was always eager to please. Made us feel at home !! I will highly recommend your hotel to all my friends visiting Herzliya. It truly felt like a resort oasis, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. Many thanks to everyone for the wonderful time. This stay will be a cherished memory, and we hope to return in the future, God Willing!!!!

We looked for a place to relax on our weekend, near the sea, in the center of Israel. Dan Acadia was a perfect choice for us, combining the open view of the sea, spacy room, nice ambiance, and beautiful lobby. The staff was pleasant and polite. The dining experience was amazing, abundant variety of food that fit all diets. We felt rejuvenated and relaxed after this stay. highly recommended!!

Highly recommend this hotel! It's just above the beach and views are amazing, as is access to the beach. They have a very large, clean pool and a kiddy pool and their lounge chairs are beyond comfortable. Umbrellas make it very comfortable as well. They have futons facing the sea if you prefer. The staff is excellent and aim to please at every turn. The rooms are lovely and many have balconies or outside private seating. It's a five minute walk to excellent restaurants in the marina as well.

Our family stayed at the hotel for the New Year's holiday. The service we received in all aspects was excellent. For example, I would like to especially mention the willingness to help in everything, with great kindness, patience, as well as the wonderful and varied food, the cleanliness, and many other things that make the vacation wonderful. In addition, I would like to point out that on the day we arrived, part of our family was infected with covide and could not come, yet the hotel canceled the room free of charge. In conclusion, this was the first time we stayed at the hotel and there is no doubt that we will return there! BIG thanks from us to all the staff and management of Dan Accadia Hotel Herzlia.

This used to be a good luxury hotel but it has really gone downhill. Needs major renovation and a better staff. Doorman is useless and lazy. Can't even call a cab. Good example is chair in room which is old and torn (see photo). Belongs in a homeless shelter -- not first-class hotel. Amenities in bath are poor. Miniature bar of soap and shampoo tube that can't be opened, The manager should be fired. Also charged me a fortune on a couple of hours extended checkout.

Dan Acadia Hotel is the old pearl and still shining in Herzelia beach hotels.It’s elegance superb service with the best food in all Israel’s hotels with the personal supervising of the chef in every meal. The rooms with the sea view and all the facilities you need. The hotel has it’s excellent reputation and has faithful customers that come back again and again and they probably have e good reason for that. Dan Acadia is highly recommended. I will certainly come again with my beloved people.

I agree with much that’s been said: spotty wi-fi, tons of kids, not 5-star as a Western business traveler would define it. There were 5 star amenities, but service levels were not. Managers were quite good-regular staff less so. If you’re staying over a weekend, know the Shabbat rules (I didn’t). On the plus side, the location on the coast is lovely, the rooms were spacious (at least mine was) and the water pressure was good. A client put me here while in town for meetings and I stayed afterwards for vacation. Had I paid full price, I’d have been disappointed.

Always stay a the Dan Hotels in Israel. This time in Hertzlia. Arrived on Friday afternoon in time for Shabbat. What an experience. Three enormous dining rooms with so much food. Excellent all of it. Only problem is that if you want a meal before Shabbat is out you can't get one. Only salad and cake until 9pm. Room was wonderful overlooking the sea. You right on the walkway and one can walk for miles. Their service, as usual, is top quality. Breakfasts Israeli style with too much on offer. We breakfasted with friends who live in Israel and they too were very impressed/ Would go back again in a flash
