"Our stay at Heyuan Xiangfeng International Hotel was a happy accident. We were driving from Zhaoqing to Shantou, which is quite a long journey, so we decided to break it up with an overnight stay in a city somewhere in the middle. I just picked a hotel near the river from the map. Once we checked in, we were really impressed. The hotel is definitely older, but you can still see its former glory, and they've maintained their unique character through meticulous details and management. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was astonishing. The small hand towels in the bathroom were individually packaged in plastic after being disinfected, and there wasn't a single black spot on any of the silicone in the corners. Even though the furniture and decor are dated, everything was spotless. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were all incredibly polite, on par with what you'd expect at a luxury hotel. The hotel management has clearly put a lot of effort into this aspect."

"The front desk of the hotel is very friendly. The Dinosaur Museum is a few minutes walk from the hotel. It is very close. It is very fast to the first fountain. The taxi is also very fast. The room is renovated and the price is super high. The view is facing the riverside. The view of the river is very healing. The most praiseworthy is the hotel's restaurant restaurant. "The hotel was a pleasant surprise overall. The pickup driver was very responsible, contacting us in advance of our arrival. The front desk staff was also great, accommodating our request to change rooms. Our room was clean and tidy, and the buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to the fountain and Taiping Ancient Street. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. The beauty at the front desk is warm and courteous, with a smile on her face. The lobby registration counter also has a prominent tableboard for guests to put some small items when checking in. The room is large, clean, comfortable bedding, there is enough place to hang clothes, dry and wet separation, shower room is big enough, breakfast room is big, food can be, This is the brand, design, management office can give guests, compared with some 3-star new hotels, laundry room, lobby drinks supply, etc., it is still much higher. "This time, the Dinosaur Hot Spring Hotel was fully equipped and the dinosaur theme was really fun for the kids, who absolutely loved it! The room was clean, tidy, cozy, and comfortable, and the private hot spring on the balcony was fantastic! The environment at Chunmuyuan Town is stunning, with beautiful lake and mountain scenery and fresh air – every step is a picturesque view. Both the hotel and the town staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, responding efficiently and enthusiastically. The family-friendly atmosphere was top-notch, with activities like Dragon Bone Park, the hot springs, water park fun, and in the evenings, a water show, bonfire party, and fireworks. The program was so rich and diverse, and we had an absolutely amazing time! It's perfect for a relaxing family vacation and definitely worth revisiting!"
