We booked the hotel and were asked to pay our extra bed for upon arrival as the 37 sq ft could not accommodate our children. We have travel around the world and have never had this happened to us before as all the other hotels included Marriott, Sheraton and Vinpearl at HCMC etc in Vietnam have granted our children to stay with us with free charge. Lani from the front desk told us the General Manager Mr. Trinh Andian and team were all on leave during ***** new year. She and her team were told by the General Manager to charge us as their policy. We paid it as there was no other offerings. Room booked was a studio room, very basic. Not suitable for family.
Overall, some trainings on hospitality is needed for this kind of hotel. Staff was strict with the rule, and not flexible.
By the way. Signature by M was not a NEW hotel from 2023. It’s an adopted hotel from the previous property. The lift was a bit old.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the hotel. The level of care and attention I received during my stay was truly impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay at the hotel again in the future. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Hotel was extremely clean with really helpful and polite staffs. We checked in at wee hours around 3am and last minute booked an additional night as we were all very tired but staff was kind enough to accommodate and process and upgrade our booking to a bigger room. They had amazing shower gel and shampoo too!

Excellent room and views with the price worthy of any stared hotels. Location is great but peak hour travelling is not encouraged due to congestion reaching the hotel.

Short Vacat 20-23 Jan 2024.
My daughter & I enjoyed our stay here. It was our 1st visit to HCMC, and we are glad that we have picked the right hotel with easy access to most amenities. It is also within walking distance to the shopping malls & historic places between 10 & 20 minutes reached.
The hotel staff were friendly & helpful from checked in till our last day (entire stay). Unfortunately, we were assigned a room that has no curtain/blind in the shower stall on the 1st night. But managed to get us another room the next day. Great service recovery. I like the fact that the linen & towels provided are cleaned & fresh. I enjoyed most is the daily French press coffee provided in the room. Hope the hotel can upkeep the best standard & services.
