AVOID this hotel at all means, the rooms DONT HAVE WINDOWS and the hotel wouldn’t want to refund despite’s NOT MATCHING DESCRIPTION. The manager was rude and don’t care of customer’s needs. The staff was not really keen to be helpful as well. They just want money. I ended up leaving the same evening without spending a night despite being charged.

i visited ho chi minh saigon for 4 days business trip , but i only booked 1 night because i didnt know if this hotel was suitable , when i checked into the hotel and went back to my room to rest , the room was very clean and there coffee and tea for me enjoy in the room . after staying for 1 night , i was really staisfied . the hotel breakfast also had a lot of choies , i later stayed in 2 more night again . after checking out on the third day i took the grad car to the airport , when i arrived at the airport checkin my luggage , I realized my laptop was left in the hotel lobby，i quickly called the hotel，fortunately the hotel staff helped me put it away , and then i returned to the hotel to pick up back to my laptop . fortunately i chose a hotel not far from the airport , i successfully returned to airport to board my flight country. I would like to thank a lot of the hotel staff for its service. If I come to Ho Chi Minh City for business next time, I will still choose this saigon eastin grand hotel again..

Super duper near the hcmc Airport.hotel staff was ok, breakfast could be improved more, should have more variety and the same everyday.

We chose this hotel for a stay-over in HCM, after arriving at the airport in the evening.
Nice, classy facility with quiet rooms to recuperate in the night.
The Breakfast Buffet was also nice.
In summary we feel it was a good choice and we will come again in the future.

Staff was welcoming and introduced hotel features, including the app that would enable to reach housekeeping and other services online. Even request for late check out could be done using the app. The room was tidy with all amenities, and towels were fresh and clean. The room allocated to me was facing the hotel and some back alley and so it was quiet, but definitely no view. Excellent for me to have a good rest away from all those non stop road side noise.
