a pleasant stay here and cleanliness was excellent! however the room is a little dark even with all the lights on. Apart from that, the staff, bathroom and room was great.

Hotel room is spacious with bath tub and shower well separated. Swimming pool is large enough for some decent swimming. Location is not ideal but hotel has regular shuttle services to different tourist attractions.

We were arrive at hotel late like 11pm. There are bad bugs everywhere even on the bed , side table and office desk. They have changed to new room however the hotel isn’t apologies to us at all. However trip.com have an amazing service. Hotel should have more responsibilities

The hotel seems to be one of the largest in that area and has everything you need for a nice stay in HCMC. Nice pool, absolutely fantastic breakfast, a comfortable lounge with good food and drinks, super friendly staff and of course (most important) super clean and nice rooms. Location is good and since HCMC is not that big, you can reach actually everything by walking, or simply call a Grab and nothing takes longer than 10 -15 minutes. I definitely come again and will recommend it. Thanks a lot!!!

In general it is a very good hotel. I am appreciating in particular the attention to the customer. Room quite spacious with all amenities, including espresso coffee machine. Excellent Breakfast with a large choice of food. Lounge at 23 floor as a lot of choice of food and drinks at happy hour. Very good also the swimming pool. Negative aspects in my opinion are only the gym, which could be bigger and more equipped and the SPA, that I found too expensive compared similar services in HCM.

Service and cleanliness were exceptional. However, the furnishings and fittings of the hotel are ageing.

A classic Japanese 5-star hotel, clean and comfortable. There is air purifier in the room, which is a good help for sensitive nose. There are so many options of food for buffet breakfast, totally enjoyed the stay.

Clean and nice hotel. Love the rooms. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay and the breakfast buffet. Varieties of food and fruits. Many choices of fruit drinks and milk.

The hotel is located in the 1st district, close to downtown. Many Japanese business people are staying here, and the service is good. The facility is quite old, but they respond quickly to any facility problems. They provide a free bus service to the downtown area but no pickup service. The morning breakfast is good, and the service is quick. The swimming pool is located outdoors, with good vision.
