"The rooms are equipped with the bare essentials – Mexican standards, some showers have low water pressure. The mattresses are great, but the breakfast is very greasy, with lots of fried food; for us, it's more like a lunch. It definitely needs more."

"We had the pleasure of staying at Villas Caracol and having our Son's wedding there. The staff were awesome. They catered to our every need and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Shout out to Valentina and Manuel at the front desk for providing the best service, and I know I've left a couple of people out (sorry! ). The restaurant on site, Las Hamacas, was outstanding! And the wedding reception was the best! We were there for 5 days, and had quite a few meals and cocktails. The food and drink were excellent. And most importantly, the staff were awesome! Shout out to Allan and Nayib at the restaurant, and Gio at the pool side bar. Awesome team! We will be back for sure."

"Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται κοντά στην παραλία και περίπου 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο Ανάλογα με το πού θέλετε να πάτε. "οι δρόμοι" και οι δρόμοι δεν έχουν ακόμη ασφάλτευση και αποτελούνται από άμμο και μερικώς από βολές. Όπως και σε όλο το νησί, δεν έχουν αναπτυχθεί ακόμα. Μπορεί να γίνουν πρόκληση σε βροχερές ημέρες. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει μια μικρή πισίνα, κρεβάτια και σκιές. Στο 3ο όροφο υπάρχει μια στέγη με στέγη και κρεμασμένες κουκούλες. Η θέα είναι υπέροχη. Το διαμέρισμά μας αποτελείται από μια ζώνη με κουζίνα και υπνοδωμάτιο. Λόγω της υψηλής υγρασίας, εμφανίζεται το ένα ή το άλλο σημείο της φούρνου, αλλά δεν μας ενοχλεί πραγματικά. Δυστυχώς, το κουτί για τα ρούχα ήταν στο μπάνιο, το οποίο δεν είναι απαραίτητα βέλτιστο, και το πάτωμα της κουζίνας και το ψυγείο ήταν δυστυχώς γεμάτο σημεία και δεν λειτουργούσε υγιεινά.
