Take in Charleston, it's history and its beaches. Our property has new appliances, furniture, electronics, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. We have a brand new 8ft fenced-in backyard to keep dogs(and kids) from running off. We supply toys, leashes, treats and bowls for your four-legged babies. There is a gas grill on the freshly-poured concrete patio .The kitchen is fully stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, cookware, plates, stemware, Keurig and auto drip coffee pot, slow cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer and etc. There is an adjoining dining area with seating for 6 . The neighborhood has sidewalks to walk your dogs. This home is 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.(most of the drive is interstate). The beaches are approximately 25 to 30 minutes. It depends on traffic, the time of day and the beach you will be going to.We have 65-inch Smart 4K HDTV in den, with Blu-ray player; 40-inch Smart HDTV in master bedroom;32-inch LED TV in kids' bedroom with Blu-ray player. Of course, complimentary wi-fi is available. We also have plenty of reading material in our sunroom. Lost/damage/unreturned items are subject to replacement fees.Most restaurants and shopping are within 2 miles or less. Guests are provided the basic essentials to begin their stay. This would include items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a selection of ground coffee with cream and sugars, and laundry detergent, just to name a few.**THE POOL IS CLOSED UNTIL JULY FOR REPAIRS***There is a community pool available for guests SEASONALLY. Pool towels are provided. NO GLASS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. Access to the pool requires a key FOB. Do not allow access to individuals who do not have a key FOB to enter. There is an $80 replacement fee for lost/unreturned key FOB. There is a $20 replacement fee for lost/unreturned pool towels. The pool area is monitored by an HOA installed camera for security purposes. All mattresses are Zinus memory foam.The kitchen has butcher block countertops. The appliances excluding the electric range(but it’s in excellent condition) are brand new. The breakfast table seats 4, the dining table also seats 4.The kitchen is well stocked w: copper cookware. Silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses(also for wine & mimosas) are plentiful. We truly thought of everything!The living room has an Italian leather sofa, a leather recliner, leather chair & wicker bench for extra seating. It is tastefully decorated for a true lake experience!There are 2 full baths. Linens, towels(beach towels as well), and hand-towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included.Washer/dryer, laundry detergent, fabric sheets, iron & ironing board are available.Guest accessThere is a storage shed where you will find bikes, grill, lawn chairs & 2 paddle boards. Cozy private getaway located on French Quarter Creek, within the Cooper River Watershed and adjacent to the Francis Marion National Forest. The cabin has been completely remodeled and is approximately 1,000 square feet with 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 4 singles in the bunk room) and 1 bathroom. The living room is loaded with windows and overlooks the backyard and French Quarter Creek. The cabin sits on almost an acre and is very private, being the last house on the road. The huge deck runs the width of the cabin and overlooks the creek. Off the beaten path, but close to everything. 10 minutes from Shipyard Park, 20 minutes from Mt Pleasant, 30 minutes from Daniel Island, and 45 minutes from downtown Charleston. There is a boat ramp on the property where you can launch your own boat, or paddle one of the kayaks we have on the property. You can fish right from the backyard, enjoy the fire pit and adirondack chairs, or just relax and enjoy the view. French Quarter Creek is fresh water, but tidal with 2 high tides and 2 low tides each day. Although beautiful, this is a blackwater creek with abundant wildlife including Alligators.
