I got the bigger room this time, and bed is more comfortable too. You can find many local snack shops. One of good choice for business trip .

As usual the I Club in Fortress Hill was great. However, our room had a few issues as the main blind that blocks light was in bad shape and we struggled to open and close it. The beds are a little hard, but manageable. Furthermore, service was great and our room was always kept neat and clean by the staff without even having to ask. Thank you again for a great stay at the Fortress Hill I Club.

Location is very convenient, 3 mins walk to MTR, bus stops and tram. Wide variety of food options in the neighborhood. Close to the newly opened east coast boardwalk as well. Staff are friendly and room size is decent for HK. Will definitely consider staying here again next time.

hotel room is quite small, but it’s clean in general. the hotel’s location is quite convenient. just a few minutes walk from mtr fortress hill station, and there’s a 711 downstairs.

Good condition and services
Very clean and comfortable and high efficient for special orders
Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus,
So many Shopping centres and food centers
All things are supplied in the room so enough.
But there have only 4 clothes hangers are not enough for winter use, or hanging clothes after washing clothes.
Times up must be left and locked the door is not a good service.
Long queue for check in. One receptionist is not enough, and low efficiency.

The room is decent for its price..Location wise which is near to mtr station and tram ,also have convenient stores and restaurants around . The room is neat. However, the mini kitchen area for the coffee vendo and water refill station should observe cleanliness

Slow check in process, yey fast check out. They don’t even provide a bottle of water yet we need to go down to 3rd level to refill water.
Good thing, they serve a complimentary bread and coffee every morning until 10am.
Wifi are no longer accessible after check out. Even we stayed 4nights wifi are accessible 30mins after check out.
Near to Bus stop to Airport. Location are accessible
