Reception service very good, staff nice, room comfortable and if give 5 star review can have 1 hours late check out

Good service with nice room view. Easy to travel by both walking and taxi to attraction points

The room given is terrible old and torn… request to change it but was say is fully booked…And staff is rude as well… The price to pay for it is not worth at all…room photo shown is different as given us…Disappointed…And the pot for boiling water is so dirty…🤦♂️

The check-in process is painstakingly slow. The reception staff was not very helpful. One of the lift to guest rooms was not working. It was mentioned that the room size is 27sqm, but the room seemed much smaller. The bathtub got clogged after shower, and it took 30 minutes to get someone to attend the problem. Hope they can restore the hotel to its former glory.

I can't express enough gratitude to the entire staff at Regal Kowloon Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and approachable. I would like to give special recognition to Dennis Dulay, whose hospitality was exceptional. He was consistently attentive and thoughtful, checking in on us frequently and ensuring we felt genuinely cared for. My partner and I were celebrating our birthdays this month and had requested a larger bed. We booked a superior room, and upon check-in, we were fortunate to meet Dennis. He not only upgraded us to an executive suite but also included a complimentary breakfast. His dedication to making us feel valued truly elevated our experience. Our trip would not have been as special without his outstanding hospitality—thank you, Dennis! The room itself was immaculate and spacious, equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping was thorough, cleaning and refreshing the room daily. The complimentary breakfast was a delight, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel’s location is another highlight; it's pleasantly less crowded compared to other hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui. Just a short walk away, you'll find the harbor, as well as an MTR and bus station. Nearby, a plaza features various establishments, including pharmacies, restaurants, banks, food stalls, and convenience stores. Multiple cafes in the vicinity were a fantastic bonus for us. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Regal Kowloon Hotel. We are so glad we chose this place and will certainly make it our top recommendation for anyone traveling to Hong Kong. We can’t wait to return!
