Karen (Li?) has been exceptionally helpful during our 2 visits. It was our first time in Hong Kong, we don't know Cantonese, we had many questions, and Karen's recommendations for activities (food, shopping) were very good. We love the hotel and we strongly recommend to others. We will surely come again.

The experience at Prestige was excellent.
The staff, especially Karen, were informative, very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous.
Couldn't ask for better service far away from home. Loved it.

This hotel is part of the Empire chain, situated just beside another hotel from the same chain. It feels like a typical 4-5 star hotel, which is super. The bed came with soft and hard pillows, the bed was super comfortable, the toilet was big and clean. Honestly, no qualms about the room and physical aspects of the hotel.
The stay also came with a free afternoon tea which was a buffet, which is really nice, and also lounge access on the 30th floor (both of which are in the sister hotel next door).
What I found kind of annoying though was that despite the free amenities above, the hotel does not give any bottled water nor shaving kits or any amenities in the name of going green. I mean sure, I’m an advocate for going green, but surely everyone still needs to drink water, no? Maybe provide a reusable bottle and a water dispenser somewhere, that might be better than not providing any water at all. To their credit though, they do have a vending machine on the ground floor that serves drinks and amenities at a price.

Very affordable, the place was cosy, clean, and it even comes with afternoon tea buffet and a visit to 30/F to enjoy the beautiful sunset of Hong Kong.
For a 4 star hotel to come with a doorboy is also very surprising, the service is more than adequate.
Location-wise it is around 5-6 min walk from mtr station, wouldn’t say it’s the best, but could still certainly call it convenient :)
Overall saying, the package was very nice at a very good price!

It is a very simple hotel. Do not expect 5 stars services as the hotel provides exactly what they promise on their descriptions. We liked it.
