"The location is great, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. Metro Line 1 is just 100 meters away, offering direct access to Chamartín and Atocha train stations without transfers. You'll need to transfer to get to the airport by metro, though. The kitchen is handy for cooking your own meals, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby."

"The best thing about this hostel is the staff, who are always very friendly and willing to help. I am not sure if they are running with a reduced team, but the room is being cleaned later than before. This was the first time I shared a room with a team of your men that was far from hygienic and properly civilized. Therefore, tardiness in the room cleaning service left no one able to stand the bad smell from sweaty clothes, sneakers, and shoes scattered everywhere, as well as the remains of food, and who knows what. Common showers and toilets are being affected by a lack of maintenance and a budget shortfall: shampoo not refilled, no shower carpets, the shower hanger broke and was not replaced, damage to the shower and WC doors, the dining room floor has deteriorated, etc. These issues are not severe, but it is a matter of time before the management takes proper measures. Regarding the dining room floor, it is a pebble floor in a historical building maintained on a very low budget, which means the magnificent mosaics are repaired, losing the original drawings, simply because the assembly team works under time pressure and lacks quality control. Where before they had beautiful compositions with elegant colors, they are now starting to get randomly replaced tiles that no longer follow the pattern (the tiles are there, but not in the right place). It is starting to affect the building's historical architecture."

"This hotel is about a 12-14 minute walk (850 meters) from the train station (which has a metro connection). Hotels in Madrid are generally expensive with small rooms, so the only real perks here are the convenient location and relatively new facilities. I chose it because I had an early high-speed train the next day. I also bought breakfast, but it was incredibly disappointing. I'd highly recommend skipping breakfast here – it doesn't even compare to a B&B breakfast and definitely isn't worth the price."

"This was my very first hostel experience, and I’m so happy I chose this one! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always happy to answer any questions I had. The hostel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. It had such a friendly, relaxed vibe that made it easy to feel at home. Staying here made my first hostel experience even better than I expected, and I would absolutely stay here again. "The location is great! Close to everything you need and public transportation. I stayed there for four days and I think it's a place for short stays just for a night's rest. The room is small and the beds are narrow so it can be uncomfortable for long periods. In addition, we have to make the bed ourselves, which is a bit annoying when you imagine arriving tired from a trip and still having to put on bed linen."

"Conditions are good, looks new in every way! The room is spacious, clean, quite quiet, well decorated and nice clean floor. Bed is comfortable! The little balcony adds character. The shower is great with good water pressure and fast drainage.The water pressure for the sink is weak though. The locker facility adds convenience for early arrival and late departure customers. The cleaners are very polite and do the job very well. The location is wonderful... minutes to metro, opera house, royal palace, plaza Mayor, mercado San Miguel. ..etc. The support over WhatsApp is very responsive and informative. Very minor feedback that a secuirty safe and a mini fridge will bring more satisfaction but not deal breakers for us. We have a great stay. Will return and recommend!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the subway, but the hotel is not easy to find, and the service desk is set on the seventh floor, the elevator has one, waiting for a long time... The room is still good, there is a small balcony, suitable for smokers. This must be a compliment! But the room did not have a bath towel... no disposable toothbrush, the toilet is very close to the bed, the room is relatively small, and it is enough to live for one day to two days. "This is a great value, small guesthouse in Madrid. The rooms are small but clean and bright. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Retiro Park, Mercado de San Miguel, Sol metro station, and Plaza Mayor. The hotel is right on the street, making it super convenient to return after shopping. It's simple and clean, with a small inner courtyard garden. There's a small common lounge where you can use the internet, boil water, and a shared fridge for groceries. Several supermarkets are nearby. However, I wouldn't recommend being out too late."

"Although the accommodation is a bit old, the location is excellent. It's close to the city center and there's a supermarket nearby. A simple breakfast is a bonus. Enjoy your trip after a hearty breakfast!"

"Due to the season, I stayed for several days in a row. This time, the room and beds were as shown in the advertisement. It was a large room with bunk beds for over twenty people. The lack of privacy was a characteristic of this place. However, large luggage could be stored for free. There was a kitchen available. The only downside was that there were only thin blankets, making it very cold at night. I had to wear clothes to sleep, and the hot water for showering was inconsistent."
