"I specifically came to Hailuogou to escape the summer heat, but in the morning, the weather was bad, and there was a heavy rain warning, so the scenic area was cleared out. I was already feeling down, but when I checked into this hotel early, the moment I stepped in and saw the view from the lobby, my mood instantly brightened. The hotel is very convenient for those driving, as the parking lot is spacious enough for both large and small vehicles, so there's no need to fight for a spot. The rooms are simply yet stylishly decorated, very clean, and the furnishings are all new. If you need anything, the staff responds quickly and their attitude is genuine. The complimentary photoshoot offered by the hotel was also a pleasant surprise; the photographer wasn't rushed, allowing for a very relaxed experience. The steamed buns with braised pork at breakfast were delicious 😋, and I even saw lemons 🍋 in the backyard! Surprises everywhere!"

"Overall, it was okay, but not worth the price. You can tell they're trying to be a five-star hotel, but the facilities are still a bit lacking. The overall environment is very nice, with a Chinese garden style design. The sulfur hot spring is a major highlight, and the private bath is quite comfortable, with good privacy protection. The room isn't very big, but it's clean and hygienic – these are all positives! However, the balcony door couldn't be locked. When the butler first introduced the room, they said it could be locked and even reminded us to lock it before sleeping. It's clear the butler didn't realize the door was broken. So, when we were getting ready for bed, we spent a long time trying to lock it, but couldn't. We had to contact the hotel for help. Eventually, someone from the front desk came up, studied it for a long time, and then told us the door couldn't be locked. Since we are all women, we were a bit scared and had to prop a chair against the door. I suggest putting the front desk contact information in the room. We only added the butler's WeChat, but the butler was off duty by 11 PM, and we couldn't reach them via WeChat. We had to call the butler to ask them to contact the front desk for us. Additionally, there was an issue with the sink; it wouldn't drain. There were supposed to be two sinks, but we could only use one in the end. Given the high price, I suggest they improve their hardware facilities or check them before guests check in and fix any issues beforehand. Otherwise, it leaves a bad impression and makes you feel like you didn't get your money's worth."

"Who can understand the joy of being straightforward! My friends and I went to Hailuogou, and after checking several guesthouses, we found the pictures didn't match the reality, so we decided to leave! Until we found this one, which my friends and I unanimously praised, so we checked in and even extended our stay for another night! The room was clean and tidy! They even provided disposable bath towels, showing that they take care of their business! The receptionist was incredibly nice and welcoming, showing us around the room. He promptly resolved any problems we had and even recommended fun places nearby – thank you! The courtyard was also very well-maintained and beautiful! We ate there, and the food was fantastic! The swimming pool uses natural hot spring water, and even the bathtub in the room uses hot spring water. Because it's natural underground hot spring water and contains sulfur, the water has a slightly yellowish color (the receptionist explained this to us). I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"My stay here was incredibly comfortable and reassuring. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room and even provided a welcome fruit platter. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet cozy decor. The bedding was soft and clean, and the pillows were just the right height, allowing me to sleep soundly all night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water came out quickly, and the toiletries had a refreshing scent. What really stood out was the excellent soundproofing; I could barely hear any traffic noise from outside, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, both Western and Chinese. The freshly made noodles were delicious, and the coffee was rich and aromatic. The only minor drawback was the slightly longer wait for the elevators, especially during peak morning hours. When checking out, the front desk proactively asked about my stay and helped store my luggage, maintaining excellent service throughout. Overall, this was an unexpectedly great stay with excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the city and highly recommend it to anyone who values good sleep quality and service. Just remember to book in advance, as prices can fluctuate during peak season."

The room was bright and airy with excellent ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the mattress was perfectly firm, providing a very relaxing rest. The soundproofing was excellent; noise from the hallway and outside was virtually inaudible, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, a stable and ample supply of hot water, and all necessary toiletries were provided—the attention to detail was very thoughtful. Whether for leisure or business travel, the stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it!"

The boss, the boss lady and every employee were super nice and met all our requirements unconditionally. It really felt like home! The platform and the infinity hot spring ♨️ swimming pool on the 4th floor are even more amazing! In short, you can only feel all its beauty when you are there! Highly recommended 👍👍!"

"This hotel was arranged by my company for a business trip. Initially, I didn't have high expectations, but my stay turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The parking staff at Changzheng Hotel all wear military-style uniforms and are very enthusiastic in greeting and guiding guests. The 'Long March' themed room left a strong impression on me, filled with historical stories and patriotic fervor. The bedding and shower facilities are also excellent; I personally think they're among the best in Hailuogou, definitely on par with those overpriced influencer B&Bs on the mountain (from my own experience). I heard that if the weather is good, you can even see the snow-capped mountains directly from the room, but unfortunately, it rained during my stay. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's public areas are a bit old-fashioned. The guest rooms are great, but it would be even better if the public facilities could be improved."
