The service details are comparable to Haidilao in the homestay world! Breakfast is a mountain-style brunch: the plateau eggs are as smooth as pudding, and the freshly baked barley omelet tastes of sunshine. "This hotel is truly a hidden gem! Located at the foot of Ruoding Mountain, my family and I even visited some famous tourist spots. Our stay was exceptionally pleasant! The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are clean, bright, and comfortably laid out. The bedding, towels, and bath towels are all incredibly soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a thoughtful separate shower and toilet, and the hot water flow is consistent and plentiful. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing efficient and quick check-in and check-out, and patiently answering all our questions. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with excellent local specialties. The breakfast set for two is generous and plentiful. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The rooms have private hot spring baths, creating a tranquil and comfortable environment. The service is warm and attentive. "Big shout out to the hotel staff for their thoughtful and attentive service! We came from Chengdu planning to visit Hailuogou, and even though the weather was foggy, our hotel experience was surprisingly good. The location is right next to the Hailuogou Tourist Center and just a hundred steps or so from the Catholic church in town, making it super convenient to get around. The private hot spring room was excellent, with a great view. Since it was raining, we could comfortably enjoy the hot spring in our room. The water in the private hot spring isn't just regular tap water; it's mineral-rich hot spring water. All in all, this hotel is convenient, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. Plus, they even have charging stations for electric cars! It'll definitely be our first choice next time we visit."

"The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, the pillows were the right height, the soundproofing was good, and toiletries were provided. Many of the hot spring pools were open, and soaking in them was very relaxing. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. This stay was excellent, very good value for money, and I would recommend it to friends and stay here again."

"The hotel is located in the center of Moxi town and has parking. It has a lovely little garden and a beautiful environment! The room facilities were excellent, the bedding was comfortable and clean, and there was a smart toilet, a large indoor bathtub, and disposable bath bags for hot spring bathing – it was incredibly relaxing! Our room had a direct view of the snow-capped mountains – absolutely stunning! Breakfast was also a special experience, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. Dinner was at the hotel, featuring yak hot pot, which was delicious and reasonably priced! The young man at the front desk was professional and attentive, even providing helpful information about nearby attractions, the local temperature, and how to get to the tourist service center (only a kilometer from the hotel). "I drove to Hailuogou before Chinese New Year's Eve in 2026. I saw a recommendation for Shuxia (under the trees) on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) and booked Shishanyue (a private hot spring room). The weather was sunny, but unfortunately there was no snow, so it lacked some winter scenery. Shuxia is surrounded by a village-like area, with some unfinished houses on the left. The road from the highway to the hotel is narrow and steep, but the interior environment is excellent. The wooden structure of the loft creates a relaxed atmosphere, and there are many public areas, making it perfect for families and groups of friends. It's relatively quiet, and you can stargaze in the courtyard at night. The private hot spring room at Shishanyue was quite large, and the underfloor heating was very effective. They provided fruit and snacks, and the refrigerator had small instant noodles and drinks. We arrived at the hotel quite late, and unfortunately, a cold water pipe burst, so we didn't get to soak in the private hot spring until almost midnight. However, soaking in the natural hot spring water while drinking tea and eating fruit was very comfortable. If we hadn't had to go to Hailuogou early the next morning, we would have liked to stay at the hotel longer and have more tea. The staff at Shuxia were all young men and women, and they were very welcoming. The Hailuogou Scenic Area was short of supplies. In my rush to enter the area, I forgot my shampoo under a tree. After contacting the front desk, they delivered the shampoo to the gate of Camp 1 that very night. I am very grateful. Next time I come to Hailuogou, I hope to see the snow scenery and stay under the tree again."
