"Big shout out to the hotel staff for their thoughtful and attentive service! We came from Chengdu planning to visit Hailuogou, and even though the weather was foggy, our hotel experience was surprisingly good. The location is right next to the Hailuogou Tourist Center and just a hundred steps or so from the Catholic church in town, making it super convenient to get around. The private hot spring room was excellent, with a great view. Since it was raining, we could comfortably enjoy the hot spring in our room. The water in the private hot spring isn't just regular tap water; it's mineral-rich hot spring water. All in all, this hotel is convenient, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. Plus, they even have charging stations for electric cars! It'll definitely be our first choice next time we visit."

"I've been to Hailuogou countless times, and these past two years have truly been a time of fierce competition among hotels, each one more exquisite than the last. I've stayed at quite a few, and this time, the experience at Yue Mu Shan was still very good. Facilities & Space: The room was spacious, and the hot spring pool and balcony area were also large, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Plus, the weather in Moxi is still quite cool in the mornings and evenings, ideal for soaking in the hot springs without feeling too hot. Service & Food: You can have all your meals at the hotel, enough to stay a whole day. The variety of food is also plentiful. The roasted chicken hot pot was decent overall. The service was acceptable, but compared to other hotels of the same type, it could be improved. Environment: The public areas have a unique design, and the outdoor hot spring pool was quite clean. The rooftop infinity pool and executive lounge are very atmospheric; on a clear day, the view of the snow-capped mountains is breathtaking."

"The hotel is located in the center of Moxi town and has parking. It has a lovely little garden and a beautiful environment! The room facilities were excellent, the bedding was comfortable and clean, and there was a smart toilet, a large indoor bathtub, and disposable bath bags for hot spring bathing – it was incredibly relaxing! Our room had a direct view of the snow-capped mountains – absolutely stunning! Breakfast was also a special experience, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. Dinner was at the hotel, featuring yak hot pot, which was delicious and reasonably priced! The young man at the front desk was professional and attentive, even providing helpful information about nearby attractions, the local temperature, and how to get to the tourist service center (only a kilometer from the hotel).
