The rooms are spotless every time we check in, the bedding is soft and dry, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom is excellent. The public hot spring pools are regularly drained, cleaned, and refilled daily, with clear and warm water that leaves you feeling completely relaxed. Even for kids with sensitive skin, there's no redness or discomfort after soaking. The dedicated children's splash pool has perfectly controlled water temperatures, equipped with a small slide and water features. Lifeguards are on duty at all times by the pool, giving parents complete peace of mind. The kids always play there for an entire afternoon and don't want to leave. The service team is incredibly warm and attentive. Ms. Tan Xiuying at the front desk is friendly and familiar, always proactively asking about our children's preferences and recommending suitable room types. The hotel's amenities, like the kids' playground and parent-child craft activities, are plentiful. When the kids are tired from playing, there are mild-flavored children's meals available, made with fresh, palatable ingredients that are perfectly suited for young appetites. Having visited countless times over the past decade, and having tried many similar hot spring hotels in the area, we always come back to this one. Its value for money, family-friendliness, and hot spring quality are all irreplaceable. Bringing our children back here every year and watching them laugh and play in the hot spring pools is the most healing parent-child time. Hot spring: The spring is not here, there are enough pools, but it feels like there is only one large natural hot spring pool. The water temperature in the large pool is suitable, and it is great to soak in it. The other pools are just for experience. Room: The suite is large enough and the facilities are relatively complete, but the details are a complete disaster. First, the location of the TV is neither in the center of the sofa nor in the center of the bed, and the location is very strange; Second, the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides are very nice, but the curtains need to be completely manually pulled... and you must check carefully whether they are pulled properly, otherwise the outside can see the inside clearly. The Tongmeng Adventure Park had a strong musty smell and was extremely dirty; see picture 1 I uploaded – this is not just hearsay. Facilities: I specifically stayed at Tongmeng during this trip to Mianyang. I had seen it online and the kids loved it. The entire park is indeed child-friendly, with animal-themed houses and a non-motorized playground that the children enjoyed immensely. The rooms had starry sky lights, creating a dreamy atmosphere. Service: The front desk staff were friendly upon arrival, but the rooms, designed for family travel, didn't provide children's bathrobes or toothbrushes; we had to call to request them, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the staff member who answered the phone the day before was rude and impatient. Also, there were no staff members organizing the children to participate in the evening light and bubble show; there was only a vendor selling starry sky sticks. There were no other family-friendly activities during our stay. While Tongmeng is a decent family hotel in terms of facilities, given its proximity to Mianzhou hotels and access to Mianzhou's hot springs and amusement park, the overall variety and experience of its activities could be improved. Overall, my experience staying at Tongmeng wasn't particularly good, especially due to hygiene issues. I came here for Tongmeng, but surprisingly, I found the Mianzhou Hotel to be much better. I recommend staying at the Mianzhou Hotel directly, which is much more comfortable."
