"Overall, it was a great stay. Our butler, Jinxi, contacted us in advance, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room had fantastic natural light, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. It's very close to Taihu Lake, offering beautiful scenery. Jinxi also proactively introduced us to the hotel's amenities and local activities. It happened to be my child's birthday, and they specially arranged a surprise, making our stay both comfortable and heartwarming – a truly excellent experience! The only downside is that there aren't many facilities for children during weekdays. However, the butler mentioned that during public holidays, there are many handicraft activities for kids, so we might come back to experience that."

"This is one of my favorite hotels! The stay included two hot spring tickets, but the front desk staff, knowing I was traveling alone, thoughtfully swapped one for a breakfast voucher instead. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I really liked the Chinese-style decor. The bed was super comfy, and even the hairdryer was good. They even gave me snacks upon check-in – extra thoughtful! The breakfast buffet was plentiful, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The robot ice cream machine was a fun touch; I had two, and they were delicious. The hot springs were also excellent. I visited at the tail end of a holiday, so it was quiet with fewer people. There's also some lovely scenery nearby. Unfortunately, I only had time to visit Emerald Lake, but it was truly beautiful and put a perfect end to my trip. If any friends come to Suzhou, I'll definitely recommend they stay at this hotel."

"The location is easy to find, just a bit of a maze. It's conveniently located near the subway station, but there's low-frequency noise coming from somewhere—not from the air conditioner, refrigerator, or exhaust fan. It's very noticeable at night, so I recommend going to bed early. There will be car horns in the morning, so I don't recommend sleeping in."

Every day I get up, I can see a greenery outside the window. I just went in and checked it around in the house. The cleaning floor was very clean, and the cleaning and cleaning would not noisy people. This is a good review. The hotel's landing area is in the lobby on the 1st floor. Although it is far from some attractions in the city, it takes about half an hour to take a taxi. However, it takes ten minutes to take a taxi from the hotel to the subway entrance of Suzhou New District to cover most of the scenic spots. At the same time, you can take a taxi directly to the door. There is a little brother's guide when you get off the bus. The 2nd floor is the hotel lobby and the front desk. The front desk is very kind and welcoming. I started to stay at the hotel on May 1st. I arrived at 8 o'clock in the morning. At that time, it was Zhao Sisi at the front desk. "The hotel is great, thumbs up! The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is huge and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the lake-view room offer absolutely fantastic views of Taihu Lake. I read some reviews mentioning slow check-in, and indeed, when we arrived around 2 PM, there was a queue at the front desk. I'm not sure why, but the check-in process was quite slow. As an InterContinental member, our room received complimentary fruit, snacks, and sparkling water. However, my parents' room, which they checked into with us, didn't receive anything. When I asked, I was told it was because they weren't InterContinental members. While I understand the policy, this kind of differential treatment really doesn't feel good. 🤔 For elderly guests, the mattress is a bit too soft and not ideal for their backs. I'd also suggest placing a foldable chair in the shower area to make it easier for seniors to sit while showering. Overall, the hotel is quite good, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of service."

"Our villa had a king-size bed and a terrace right by the water. The room was spacious and well-designed, with all the amenities we needed. Elld at the front desk was always asking if we needed anything, and Chen Liang, the shuttle driver, was so thoughtful. He noticed I had a bit of trouble getting in and out of the shuttle and immediately offered me a footstool, which was really touching. The staff at the Chinese restaurant recommended a set menu that was delicious and generous; they even helped us pack up the leftovers to take back to our room and heated them up for us later that evening. They truly go above and beyond for their guests."

"A clean and affordable hot spring hotel with few guests. The service attitude was genuinely excellent – friendly, attentive, and patient. The hot springs were also good; the key is that there weren't many people, making for a very relaxing soak. Soaking in the winter is truly comfortable. We were warm and toasty, and it wasn't cold at all walking back from the outdoor pools. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. However, a few complaints: The family room was advertised to have a sofa bed, but it was very small, only suitable for a child. Once unfolded, half was a hardboard and half a soft cushion, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shampoo and body wash provided for showering at the hot springs were quite low-quality, and there was no conditioner. Also, the changing room air conditioning was insufficient, so it was quite cold while changing clothes."
