The staff are well-trained and provided excellent service; we were very pleased. Check-in was quick, and our room was clean and bright. The Hakka cuisine maintained traditional cooking methods, offering authentic flavors at a reasonable price. The hot spring area had a variety of functional pools, and after a soak, all my fatigue disappeared. The attention to service details was spot-on, making for a fantastic experience!"

"入住體驗感非常差，我們一行人是晚上7點多到酒店的，辦理入住，一位小哥哥帶着我們去房間，到房間燈也打不開，又返回前台問可不可以換房，結果是不可以換房，衹能找個人去看看，來了一位員工修理好。房間一股甲醛味，也不通風，一晚上沒睡好，衞生間還有小蟲子。第二天去吃早飯，家裡長者家帶着兩歲多的小寶先去吃，剛進去，小寶要找媽媽，又帶着小寶到房間，等在去吃早飯的時候，門口的小姐姐就説不能進去吃了，我就跟她解釋半天都不讓進去，還説怎麼沒有跟裏面的小姐姐説一下，我就想知道，我訂了兩間別墅7個大人，有八個人的早餐，怎麼就不能去吃了。本來還準備到附近玩的，後來吃了早餐我們就走了，體驗感太差了。"
