"The room was clean, but there was dust between the air conditioners or the building was old, so it smelled a bit peculiar. But after sleeping overnight, you get used to it. ㅋㅋㅋ Except for this, all the staff turn the translator and check it carefully and are very kind. When all the restaurants nearby were closed, I couldn't eat, I gave them cup noodles, or drove them to the convenience store in front of the station. It's a bit eerie when you come out of the hallway at night. On the first day, when I went to thunder and lightning, I was completely scared and almost peeed ... But for me, it was a different experience, so it was good. ㅋㅎ If you come here, you will have to buy a lot of food in advance at the convenience store. And breakfast wasn't bad. I ate deliciously.

"This place blew us away. The location was close to the beach where we had a swim and the onsen at the location was the finest I had ever experienced. The room had a tatami area for sleeping and a little dining and cooking nook that we ended up using each day. "This was my first time staying here. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.
The only disappointing points were:
1. The sound of footsteps echoed from the room above, and the sound of the door opening and closing from the room next door echoed (maybe they were jumping around?). This is a matter of morals on the part of the customer, so it can't be helped.
2. Even though I had heard about karaoke at the front desk and was told to do so, I was asked to leave within 10 minutes because I had forgotten to make another reservation.

"We stayed in the trailer room for two people.
The hotel was headed from Yuhigaura Kizu Onsen Station on the Kyotango Railway, but when you approach the station, you can find the hotel immediately from the inside of the car, and it is a convenient location just a short walk away.
It was a comfortable stay with floor heating and humidifier.
I forgot to take a picture of the room, but I think it will be the best space for two people with a wicker size.
There was an explanation in the room about how to use the sofa bed, and it was easy to understand.
When I used the sofa as a bed, the center table was inevitably in the way and became narrow. I think it will be even more convenient if it is a table that can be folded even a little simpler.
It was also put in the hot spring of the main building, and the breakfast was delicious with the same content as the one staying in the main building, and the tour of the old inn was free, and it was a comfortable stay more than I imagined."

A 3-second run to the sea! HANAOGI is a hot spring hotel where you can enjoy various kinds of local, seasonal cuisine in Tango and a superb view of the sea.
"The breakfast is very rich! ! There is its own parking lot. If you take a train, the hotel has a free bus to pick you up. Particularly user-friendly, the service is very good, facing the sea, there are cherry blossoms on the road at the door, not alone, especially suitable for taking pictures. Matsuba crab cuisine is top-notch. Mainly cheaper. The open-air hot springs are not big but very delicate. Watching the sunset is the best in Japan. However, the staff has good English and ready translation software. Also, prepare more cash! !"

AAnonymous UserOur recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb.
There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable:
1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey.
2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever.
3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence.
If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.

GGuest UserA truly beautiful hotel! Everything from the architecture to the view outside the windows is top-notch. The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. If I ever come to visit Japan again, I'll definitely bring my family to stay here for longer. ありがとうございます♪
