When we went, it departed right on time, and the friendly front desk guy even walked us to the pick-up spot, though it was very close. The scenic bus ride to Base Camp takes about 40 minutes and the road conditions were great. The hotel's overall decor is a simple European style, with comfortable and warm colors. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, with oxygen and underfloor heating both working effectively. What truly stood out was the centralized humidifier, the only one we encountered during our entire trip in Tibet, which made sleeping incredibly comfortable. The restaurant environment was also very clean. Before our arrival, they proactively contacted us with information about the hotel's location and check-in details, and even provided reminders about high-altitude precautions, showing great warmth and professionalism. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and brand-new facilities.
