To catch up with the end of 5.1, we chose to travel on a peak shift. This time the hotel really gave us a big surprise. When we entered the door, we saw free delivery of various balloons. Children should not like it too much. I didn’t expect that there would be another surprise in the room. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a U-shaped headrest (the cervical spine was not very good, and I forgot to bring my wife to talk about it when I went out. I was going to buy one here), and other small toys Especially sentimental. The hotel's own supporting facilities are very rich, the gym is very large, the fitness equipment is very complete, and the hotel's breakfast dishes are also very good, the bamboo shoots are very fresh; the hotel service is also very good, the front desk customer service is very responsible to answer all kinds of questions for us, in short, it is a great place Very nice trip!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is gorgeous, the location to the Hello Kitty Park cannot be beat and the breakfast was delectable. My biggest praise goes to the staff! They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

The housekeeper will contact you the day before, and then set up a WeChat group that only serves your own room, provide corresponding information, and feel full of security. 2. The little brothers and sisters in the store were very enthusiastic, helped us with our luggage, gave us a cup of latte, and told us to be careful when driving at night. Even the cleaning aunt watched us open the door and would carefully send mosquito coils to help us pull the screens. 3. The most favorite thing is aerial photography! Drone yyds! The entire group of homestays has a large space and privacy. It is a single family, and it is very pleasant to listen to the cicadas in summer. 5. Picture 9 is the net red bamboo sound bridge. They all agreed that the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, the room was spacious, and it was not far from busy places. The service is always responsive. Our family came here for a trip. Before we stayed, we wondered if there was a Type-C port. It was indeed there. Not only was it there, it also had Apple wireless charging. like

Location at the end of a tea hill valley within nature is very beautiful . Service and food are very good and staff is lovely, also with the kids. It can be the perfect getaway for some night/long weekend. BUT ! Currently (beginning of October 2023) there is a lot of ongoing construction in the hotel area. In total three construction sites with heavy impact on view, piece and quiet of the countryside hotel. Especially the rooms/villas located on the hill are impacted. Hotel staff was lovely to find a solution and alternative room. Rooms in the main building are less/not impacted from noise, but didn’t fit perfectly our needs as family of four and they are lacking the Mountain view (construction view). Looks like construction will last for a while… Hotel management should be transparent and inform in advance about the ongoing construction. After construction is finished it can be paradise again…

It was a pleasant and pleasant experience to choose the Hilton Hotel when traveling in Anji. The hotel is newly opened and decorated. The facilities are perfect and clean. The location is about three kilometers from the city center. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle. It is far from the lobby. From far away, I saw the busy Ms. Vicky with fair skin. She was very gentle and patient. She helped us check in and upgraded our room. Big thumbs up and thank you for being mentally prepared for the noisy door decoration before checking in. There is also a clear reminder on Ctrip. There are earplugs prepared in the room for two nights, and it was quiet without being noisy. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are very bright, clean and bright. The bathroom is well separated and avoids getting wet everywhere~ I have to say that I had the most comfortable meal in Anji for three days It’s the hotel’s wontons. The young lady is freshly wrapped. The handsome guy next to the fresh meat wontons is doing his best. Delicious wontons are just fine~ Please enjoy the experience~

This property is beautiful , well maintained and conveniently located. Traditional Chinese design cues have been used abundantly in the Interior. The entrance lobby, central open courtyard with flowering water lilies and lotuses, to the well decorated twin rooms are all a feast to the eyes. We were 3 families with children and on arrival the Lobby manager Mr Avinash greeted us and ensured we were well taken care in the two days we were there. The amenities like Pool, gym and TT Billiards room are all well maintained and staffed. There is also a Children play area with traditional Chinese board games and Caligraphy learning area. The Breakfast had a good spread of vegetarian options (both Continental and Chinese). There is also a beautiful public jogging track by the river next to the property. We had booked a twin room and we were offered a garden facing room Overall we had a pleasant stay and we wish the very best for this hotel and their staff..

The gampling-bbq area and service is very nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. There is electric charging station in the hotel which makes it easy for logistics in the area. The outside area is still under construction which makes some areas like the pool zoone a bit messy and dirty. The rooms are nice but they are missing wardrobe or places to put the clothes, and the finishing and clealingness could be improved for the price we pay. The breakfast is quite limited (boiled egg, rice pourridge, pickled veggies and corn). There is no restaurant inside the hotel which is unconvenient. Luckily there is a local restaurant 2 minutes by car and the food is quite good and cheap.
