Absolutely first class in every detail. Decor, cleanliness, breakfast and most importantly the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. With the addition of a dedicated car park at the rear of the hotel this made it the ideal location for tours of the area.

Perfectly located, short walk to the bars and restaurants. Flanders Fields museum and Menin gate are very close by. Secure parking is available too. The rooms tidy and clean. Good continental breakfast. There is a bar too. Good family run hotel.

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of the town square and amenities. Good well maintained rooms, helpful staff and a well stocked bar with local bottled beers. A huge selection for breakfast served in the modern dining room. Good parking at the rear with covered garage available for motorcycles.

Great hotel, nice rooms, location bar etc, this was the forth time we have stayed there and I would recommend it toanyone, also nice to have a dry garage to park the bikes in Love Ypres, its market square, restaurants, the history, our favorite place in Belgium

What a special hotel this is. Family run and well maintained, beautifully located just off the main square in Ypres. A clean spacious room and a comfortable bed. The heated towel rack in the bathroom was greatly appreciated, as well as the lovely hot water. Breakfast was simple but a good variety of offerings and plentiful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and their English was great! Would love to return one day.

Such a friendly hotel. This is our third stay at the Albion - twice with a group and our stay was as excellent as ever. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable and breakfast is varied, fresh and high quality. We will look forward tour next visit.

First visit , spending 7 nights at The Albion. This family hotel, is located not far from the main square offering cafes, restaurants and bars. It also offers secure parking. All the staff are friendly and cannot do enough to make your stay here very pleasant. Our room was well equipped and very clean. There is a breakfast buffet offered every morning consisting of breads, meats, cheeses, all sourced from local suppliers, as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurts and hot bacon and scrambled eggs (the scrambled eggs were delicious) Melissa who runs the breakfast service is very attentive with a warm welcome every morning. Overall this hotel provided us with a comfortable stay, with excellent service in an ideal location. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel close to the centre of Ypres. Reception staff (especially Vera) very welcoming and dealt with our requests immediately ie.extra pillow/ mineral water.....It is located in a quiet street and the beds were very comfortable.Breakfast plentiful and varied.

This is a family owned business and they are wonderful! The place is all newly refurbished. When we arrived, we did not have a reservation and the hotel was full. The lady (part of the family) at the front desk quickly called an air bnb 3 doors down and found us a lovely room 2 buildings down. We stayed there, but paid for it and had breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast: one of the best I have had that was included in the price. Local cheeses, freshly squeezed OJ, plenty of fresh bread.. everything you can imagine. JUST WOW!! I highly recommend staying here. It’s also a few minutes from Menin Gate and centrum. We lucked out!
