"The hotel parking is located in the open space next to the church, but you can only park for a maximum of 9 hours. If you exceed this time, you can't pay for additional parking. We weren't able to move our car in time and received a 25 euro fine. The hotel itself is in an excellent central location."

"Ως οικογένεια 5-3 ενήλικων γιων, είχαμε μια εκπληκτική στιγμή στο σπίτι των Menin Gate Houses. Στην πραγματικότητα, μείναμε και οι δύο, αποφάσισαν να περάσουν άλλη μια νύχτα στο Ypres, έτσι μετακομίσαμε στο σπίτι 2. "These brand-new rooms are located on Boterstraat, a stone's throw from the Grote Markt. The Menin Gate is just over five minutes away, and you can park for free at Minneplein, which is a 450-meter walk away. We had the 'Family Father' room, which means you have to climb three steep flights of stairs and another flight of stairs to the upstairs bedroom. The rooms were clean and modern with coffee facilities. Power outlets are available next to the beds. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were a bit on the thick side. And the space around the bed was a bit cramped. The friendly host sent a WhatsApp message on the day of arrival with the codes to get in, which worked perfectly. From the balcony, you have a view of the Cloth Hall and the cathedral. Unfortunately, breakfast is not available there, but there are plenty of options nearby. There was one hook in the bathroom; otherwise, there was nothing to put your clothes or belongings on."

"The hotel especially the room was spotless the breakfast was plentiful and hot a great start to the day all in all. a great stay for the money really well situated for the Menin Gate and the many restaurants and bars in this beautiful city definitely recommend I stayed in room 20 ideally situated next to the lift but really quiet for a good nights sleep many thanks to the owners and staff ."
