This hotel have washing machine in the room so i like that and you can go airport by metro within 30 min You can find many restaurants and Starbucks nearby this hotel But you should buy amenity so i recommend you will prepare your amenity yourself

We had a two day layover in S Korea. This hotel was an excellent choice. Included pick up and drop off from and to the airport and they were right on time. 3 minute walk to subway station that made for an excellent trip to downtown Seoul about and hour away. Staff was friendly and several spoke good English. Always helpful. Definitely would recommend. For a longer stay I would select a larger room but for 2 nights it was great.

Location is very close to Incheon Airport T1. They provide a free shuttle service but only to T1 however the staff at the front desk is very willing to help you call a taxi to T2. The rooms seemed a bit outdated, the carpets could be replaced as some are stained and cabinets in room could be replaced as some are broken. However, the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness help in overlooking the minor issues. Definitely a great hotel for those who have a long layover, or during business nearby or even if you just want a hotel close to the airport.

We had an 18 hour layover between connecting flights and this hotel provided and excellent place to relax and sleep in the ultra modern and clean rooms and reception areas. It took 30 minutes to reach the hotel from Terminal 1. We too the free shuttle bus from T1 to T2 and then from T2 the bus to long stay parking and got off at parking area C. The hotel cannot be missed and is just a 2 minute walk from there. Very straightforward and free! Check in was quick and easy and complimentary welcome drinks provided in line with my Accor membership. Jack and Richard were very helpful and polite. Our room was for 3 adults and was very spacious with amenities provided for 3 including bath robes, bottled water, slippers, etc. Lots of storage space and seating area too. Lovely twin-basin shower room and good toiletries provided. TV, tea/coffee, fridge, safe, zoned lighting and climate control all provided. Very comfortable beds and we had a good sleep. We didn’t eat at the hotel but did use the bar for drinks, which was a nice area to relax. The shop is useful and well stocked for essentials. Timetable for shuttle busses provided by the hotel is displayed at reception for returning to T1 or T2. Driver comes in to reception and asks which terminal you need and directs you to correct bus waiting outside reception. At 0900 we were the only ones going to T1 so had the bus to ourselves. A perfect hotel and experience for a one-night stay and we would certainly use again.

This is quite an underrated hotel, given the excellent service provision throughout my stay. It is located within walking distance from Bupyeong Station. The front desk staff were very courteous and could communicate effectively in English Language. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom came with a bathtub inside - rewarded myself with a little bath with a bath bomb on my last night! The breakfast was decent but delicious enough, consisting of a simple buffet spread with typical Korean dishes together with a choice of fruits, tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen staff will bow and express their appreciation to guests after each breakfast service - a little greeting which heartened my morning. There are also conference and meeting rooms available for rent (for B2B guests, each sold separately). Each room is equipped with a television and wi-fi connectivity, although the internet speed and bandwidth can vary despite the 5G wi-fi network. The room was also spacious enough for 1 to 2 occupants, with a view of the subway. Rest assured that the windows are soundproof, so ongoing overnight maintenance works on the tracks would not disrupt your slumber. Love the comfortable pyjamas that guests can self-collect at the Storey 1 lobby (if necessary), together with the in-room slippers. Amenities (e.g. shampoo, hair conditioner and bath foam etc.) are also provided. Not only will I strongly recommend this hotel to you, but I would also wish to have the opportunity to rent their properties again during my next trip to Korea or Japan. Amenities looked really promising, but were shutdown due to Covid. Disappointing that they don’t include shampoo/conditioner or anything..just a small bar of soap 🥲. Otherwise comfortable bed and solid location

Good hotel with many food places close by. Small emart24 downstairs. Free shuttle transfer to Incheon Airport which only took about 20 minutes. Mike from the reception is very helpful with all questions one might have. Clean rooms, spacious enough for a short stay. If you have a premier room you also get a nice sea view.

Always such a pleasure to stay at the Grand Hyatt Incheon. Quality service, beautiful clean rooms and fantastic food! Convenience with bus shuttle service was great! Our go-to hotel before getting on a flight back home. Thank you!

Nervously grabbed a room for 12 hours. I had no experience in staying at the airport. I was worried that the hotel was old. It turned out that it was surprisingly good. The room was not too small, very clean and new. It seemed that it had just been renovated and put into use. There was no need to prepare a plug conversion, and the bathroom was too There is plenty of water, there is Netflix to watch, and there is even a small gym. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring clothes. It’s great.

It was very close to Incheon International Airport and it was convenient to use a taxi. The linear motor car was suspended due to the influence of Corona. It was difficult to turn on the electricity in the bathroom. The bath was spacious and I was able to relax, but it is slippery. The front desk was also kind and could be used without problems using a translator. The convenience store was right in front of me, which was great.
