"Last week I saw that the weather in Hangzhou was good, so I set off immediately. I saw this very affordable hotel the night before and decided to check it out. The hotel is about two to three hundred meters north on the northeast side of West Lake, and it is very convenient to travel by bicycle. Although the room is small and well-equipped, you can take a comfortable bath after a day of running around. The water pressure is high and the water temperature is suitable. However, the high humidity in the room that other guests have mentioned is unavoidable. It is recommended to turn on the air conditioner for a few hours to dehumidify when going out to play or eat. There are many scenic spots around the West Lake, but they are relatively scattered, and bicycles are prohibited on the lakeside. After more than two days of sightseeing, I still haven’t visited them all. But it’s worth taking a walk along Gushan Road-Baidu Line in the evening."

"Staying at this hotel by West Lake was an excellent choice. The location is superb. The room was elegant and spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the service thoughtful and attentive. Enjoying a morning stroll along Su Causeway and watching the sunset glow over Leifeng Pagoda in the evening truly immersed me in the charm of Jiangnan. The experience was fantastic, making it an ideal place to stay for enjoying the beauty of West Lake. Highly recommended."

"Before coming to Hangzhou, I was worried about choosing the wrong guesthouse near the scenic spots. After comparing over a dozen, I finally settled on this one, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely perfect. I'm somewhat directionally challenged, and it took me three days to figure out the exact area, but it's a 3-minute walk to the zoo and a 10-minute walk to Su Causeway. There's a bus stop right outside, with direct routes to Lingyin Temple and Leifeng Pagoda. Plus, the street across is full of great food, so you don't have to go far. The room was even cleaner than the photos suggested, and the hygiene was exceptional, easily making up for its slightly older feel. The soundproofing was excellent too; I couldn't hear any outside noise at all, which meant I could get a good night's sleep after a tiring day. The owner was incredibly nice, proactively helping me with my luggage and sharing lots of local tips for sightseeing and dining, which helped me avoid many tourist traps. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou."

"This guesthouse is incredibly warm and welcoming. The hostess and her daughter (the 'guesthouse sister') were so enthusiastic and thoughtful, they truly cured me of all the stress from work and life. I always prefer guesthouses when I travel because I love the personal touch and human connection. From the moment I booked and started communicating with the guesthouse, the 'guesthouse sister' was incredibly patient and thorough in answering all my questions. When she heard I was going to Lingyin Temple, she specifically reminded me to book a day in advance. When I arrived in the evening, I was immediately treated to tea, snacks, and freshly picked grapes – I went to bed feeling completely full and content. In the morning, when I went to explore the scenic area, the 'guesthouse sister' helped me with everything, from planning my route to organizing my itinerary. She thought of every detail. When my plans were delayed, her main concern was whether I could safely return to the guesthouse, even if it might affect check-out time. At noon, she also recommended a great restaurant and we even ordered some delicious takeout together. This 'sister' really knows her food, so future guests are in for a treat! 😆 I would absolutely love to come back again, because the experience was simply wonderful."

"You can rent an electric scooter by the roadside for 50 yuan to get to Lingyin Temple, which is very convenient. The room was clean and quiet, and the owner even upgraded us to a balcony room for free. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"The guesthouse is very close to the Beigaofeng Cableway and the entrance to Lingyin Temple, just a few minutes' walk away; there are also places to eat nearby, making it very convenient. The guesthouse is clean and hygienic, with plenty of disposable toiletries available, and it's very quiet at night. The housekeeper and the front desk staff were very friendly, and because we arrived early, they upgraded our room for free; since there were three of us, they also provided an extra breakfast."

"The inn's location is great, right next to Changxi Park, and just a few minutes' walk from the Silk Museum. The Nanshan Renjia restaurant behind it is also quite good. It's close to Leifeng Pagoda and the Zhejiang Art Museum. You can often see old painters sketching portraits at the Zhejiang Art Museum every day, so if you have time, you can even be a model. The inn is relatively clean, and the owner has an excellent service attitude. When I left, they helped me carry my luggage all the way to the car. Highly recommend!"
