Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary welcome fruits and snacks. The room design was very thoughtful; they provided not just disposable bath towels and hand towels, but even makeup remover pads and cotton swabs – very considerate indeed."

"I wanted to visit Lingyin Temple and randomly booked accommodation. The temperature dropped, and it was dark and raining heavily when I arrived. The next morning, I was pleasantly surprised. I opened the curtains and saw a hundred-acre tea plantation right outside. The view was refreshing and I felt happy. The air was great. Lingyin Temple was also very convenient, and the North Peak cable car was a five-minute walk away. The host was warm and friendly, and every suggestion was reliable. It was a great choice for a solo trip."

"This is a beautiful guesthouse with its own small garden, and the window views are absolutely stunning! It's very close to the zoo, Hupao Park, and Prince Bay Park. You can get to West Lake by just grabbing a shared bike. Hupao Road is lush and green. The owners are all very kind; they even lent us some iodine when my foot got bitten by an insect. The only minor downside is that perhaps because some wood was used in its construction, the soundproofing isn't great. Noises from next door can cause quite a bit of resonance, so it really depends on the consideration of your neighbors."

"This guesthouse boasts an amazing location! It's just a 3-5 minute walk straight to the Broken Bridge on West Lake. Stepping out, you're right by the lake, making it incredibly convenient for early morning or evening strolls, enjoying the lake views, and exploring Bai Causeway without the hassle of catching buses or squeezing onto the subway. The room was clean, tidy, and warmly decorated, with comfortable bedding and excellent amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The value for money is outstanding. Staying here made visiting West Lake in Hangzhou completely stress-free. Full marks!"

"Great for a long stay, but there's no elevator, so be mindful if you have heavy luggage. It's very close to the cable car for mountain access. Taxis are hard to come by due to traffic restrictions nearby, so public transport is recommended. The front desk staff are very friendly and will help with luggage. The environment is excellent. "I stayed here for two days from July 4th. As a Japanese woman in my 30s who was generally looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, please see the following impressions. The location is very good. There is a public bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there are several bus stops for other routes within a 5-minute walk. If you are going to visit the West Lake Scenic Area, it is very convenient to use the bus, so the location of the hotel is very good. In particular, it is about an 8-minute walk to the West Lake, so you can enjoy the West Lake from early in the morning until late at night. Actually, when I told them about my stay, I arrived at the hotel a little earlier than the check-in time, but the room was ready, so I was able to leave my luggage there. I was also able to complete the check-in procedure. The owner of the hotel helped me with the app when he found out that my Chinese was halting. When foreigners stay in some countries, they are required to register with the police, but when I told him that I had never ridden an electric motorcycle, the owner of the hotel let me ride on the back of his motorcycle and went to the police station with him. The owner and another woman work at the inn, and they were really supportive of laundry, water server, and room cleaning during my stay. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The maximum temperature was 39 degrees every day during my stay, so it was a relief to return to a room that was well cooled by the air conditioner. The shower booth was really small, but the water pressure and temperature of the shower were just right, so I was able to stay comfortably. My room was on the main road, but thanks to the comfortable room environment, I was able to sleep well, although the traffic noise was a bit bothersome. There was also a row of large plane trees along the main road, and the sunlight filtering through the trees in the morning was beautiful. For people like me who are looking for a place to sleep and take a shower, this inn is perfect. This time I stayed in the summer, so I would like to visit in the winter next time. Of course, I will definitely stay at this inn next time. The owner's true enthusiasm for entertaining me was so strong. I'm so excited. I want to go to your trip to blue again."

"The hotel is on the edge of the West Lake, next to the Silk Museum, and it is very convenient to the city. The environment is quiet, surrounded by trees, and backed by mountains. It is simply my ideal home. The proprietress is very enthusiastic, intimately arranged to stay, breakfast is also full of likes, there are small dumplings, fried dumplings, milk, watermelon, orange juice, sitting in the window under the shade of the tree to eat a beautiful breakfast, simply don't enjoy it too much. "The air conditioner in the first room was too loud, so the landlady quickly changed us to a new room with a much newer decoration and a nice balcony view, without any extra charge. The location is convenient, at the Lingyin bus terminal, surrounded by self-built homestays and teahouses. The boss's family is Buddhist, and there are many large Buddha statues and decorations."

"The room is big but unfortunately lack a bit of natural light and is not very well isolated from the outside balcony : you will need to use the heater in winter! The desk service is really helpful even though I recommend to speak a bit of Chinese as they don’t speak English. If you want to enjoy the lake, it’s ideally located as you arrive in the lakeside in 5min. However, it’s pretty isolated from the city, which can cause trouble when you want to eat dinner in the evening…"
