"Very satisfied with this stay experience! I felt the thoughtful service before I checked in, and took the initiative to help coordinate and upgrade the room type with a terrace. The room was clean and tidy, and the scenery outside the terrace was pleasing to the eye. Any needs during the stay can be responded quickly and kindly, and I really feel the caring. The overall experience exceeded expectations, sincerely recommend!"
