The living room of Sanpin Yunlai Inn, where we stayed, is a traditional Qing Dynasty building, originally designed for a third-rank official, with carved beams and painted rafters. Combined with the owner's artistic interests, the blend of ancient and modern styles is very natural. The guesthouse felt very homey and casual, offering tea, conversation, watching TV series, karaoke, games, and card games – everything was available.
