The owner is incredibly welcoming and offers meticulous service. The front desk often has complimentary fruits like watermelon for guests to enjoy. "The room is very clean. It is a reconstruction of an old house with a history of more than 300 years. The proprietress is enthusiastic and came out to pick us up at the door. We asked the boss to buy a ticket for 58 per person, free entry and exit for three days. It is silky, clean and sanitary, and the service is in place. The environment in the ancient town is quiet at night and the quality of sleep is particularly good. When I left, I was given a specialty horse hoof powder. I have never eaten it in Guangdong. Guangxi noodles are also delicious! Recommended! I will stay and play again next time😁😁"

"This charming, ancient house turned family-run hotel is nestled within the historic city walls (note that even as a hotel guest, you’ll need to purchase an entrance ticket to access the city). Beautifully decorated, it exudes authentic charm, but it feels more like a homestay than a hotel, with its pros and cons.
The warm landlady’s hospitality and generosity were slightly hindered by the language barrier (as we regrettably don’t speak Chinese). However, her helpful daughter bridged the gap via WeChat, providing tips, arranging transportation, and ensuring a smooth stay.

"Personally, I think it's great. I booked a double bed room in Yantai. When I open the balcony door, I can see the ancient well downstairs. In the morning, there will be local people washing vegetables and clothes. The creek in front of the door is also very artistic. "When I came to Huangyao, the happiness was given by the inn. I was lucky to book the last room of this inn during the Spring Festival. The room went in to give me a quiet experience, I really want time to be still. I really like the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room, and the roof, simple. There is also a small balcony next to it, you can see the beautiful lake and fireworks. Next time I come, I have to live here. It is very close to the Solitaire, very convenient, and the inn has two doors before and after, which is very pleasant."

Service: I arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening. The proprietress asked her husband to come out early to help me with my luggage. After dinner, I walked to the store and checked in easily!

The parking lot is outside and it only takes a few minutes to walk. The town is not big, and the night view with lights on at night is still good. The bluestone slabs on the ground have been very bright after years of walking. The town surrounded by mountains looks very quaint during the day. The lobby of the B&B is designed in a nostalgic style. It is still very beautiful to take pictures when you have nothing to do."

Guest UserAfter walking around the ancient town, I found that there seemed to be no more than 5 B&Bs with courtyards in the ancient town!
I was lucky to stay in this B&B and drink tea and chat in the courtyard. Moreover, the B&B is only a few dozen meters away from several core attractions. It is really comfortable!

老闆和老闆娘都非常熱情，溝通及時順暢，入住前後的指引也很清楚，讓人感覺很安心。公共區域空間很大，有小魚塘，後院還有兩衹虎皮鸚鵡，設有多個茶台，尤其是屋頂天台，視野開闊，無論是泡茶、拍照還是發呆都非常舒服。
更驚喜的是老闆是一位古典音樂發燒友，收藏了大量音響設備和唱片。有幸和老闆一起聆聽、交流，在他的講解中慢慢沉浸其中，真的是一場難得的聽覺盛宴。整體體驗非常棒，是一家有温度、有品味的民宿，真心推薦給大家。

I have been to many B&Bs in ancient towns, but there are very few that I can never forget. Nianju Inn is an inn that I would like to visit again after I visited it once. The decoration style of the inn is simple yet elegant, fashionable and practical. You can feel the owner's care for the inn, and he manages and decorates the inn as if it were his own home. Very clean, every decoration is carefully thought out and ready for use. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view, and there is a viewing platform on the top floor. You can have a panoramic view of the karst mountain shape. The simplicity of Huangyao Ancient Town is simply sitting on the platform, sipping tea and enjoying the scenery! The landlady is enthusiastic, attentive and diligent. The boss will guide you, carry your luggage, move your car for you, and remind you to drive safely. Nianju is a cultured and warm inn. If I can go to Huangyao again, I will definitely stay at Nianju.

Although it is during the May Day holiday, it is really convenient. Not only in the scenic area, the car can go directly to us and booked two rooms. Everyone is very happy. Clean and tidy, the service is really good.
Although the children did something wrong, the store also understood very well and handled this small problem patiently!

Excellent! Located right in the ancient town, just a one-minute walk from the Dragon Claw Banyan Tree. The group-buying price was incredibly good value. It's a renovated traditional house, and the owner has put a lot of thought and effort into the decor. Our family spent half an hour taking photos in the guesthouse. The owner even helped us choose the best spots for our photos. The recommended breakfast shops, attractions, and activities were all fantastic! They have various room types, and apparently some even have gardens, which many passing tourists admire and come in to visit. There's a place to dry clothes. The first floor is a bit damp, so the owner thoughtfully provided dehumidifiers in each room. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

The room is in a great location, just across the bridge, basically no need to walk too far. The boss is very welcoming, arranged a parking spot, and took the initiative to introduce the route to the attractions and places to eat. It was very quiet to sleep at night, and the stay was very comfortable. You can try the local special pumpkin flower stuffed, tofu stuffed, and wild vegetable shredded pork soup, which are good!

After the luggage was taken down at the store, the boss took it to the parking lot. When you go out, turn right to the pick-up gate of the ancient town. It takes two minutes to walk. After 6 pm and before 8 am, no one works at the door. You can enter for free.
