Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles.
Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do."

DDr HighWe chose this hotel for our trip to Sanxingdui with the kids during the May Day holiday, and it was quite an amazing experience!
Hardware: The hotel only has 36 rooms, which ensures a good level of quietness and privacy in the common areas. The single-story villa rooms, with their bluestone tile roofs under a clear blue sky, were lovely. The private hot spring service ensures the tub is cleaned in advance, and soaking in it was truly wonderful. The common area features a large lake teeming with koi, and the hotel even provides free fish food. There's also a boat docked in the lake with birds perched on its bow, creating a very picturesque scene. I also visited the three-story gym, which had very comprehensive facilities.
Service: We were assigned a butler who provided attentive service throughout our stay. They can arrange complimentary car transfers to and from Guanghan city center. Because there are only 36 rooms, you're more likely to encounter staff than other guests in the common areas, haha! Every staff member was warm and generous, which greatly enhanced the vacation feel. There were also daily parent-child activities, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel's breakfast was also very varied, and the Xiaoyue Restaurant at the entrance can help with reservations, and their food was also excellent.
In summary, it was a very comfortable overall experience, perfect for a family vacation. The facilities are well-equipped, and the service details are top-notch. We'll definitely be back!

Everything is voice activated with Xiaodu... my chinese is a little... non-existent, but translation apps made it easy. 👌🙌 Amazing. Fantastic location not far from the cbd, within walking distance. Surrounded by little shops and restaurants, everything you could need. English-speaking is a little sparse, but the generous and kind staff, always aim to help. 💥💖💯

The Dyson hair dryer and toiletries used in the room are also quite high-end. , and the whole house is smart. There is also a private hot spring bath in the room. The air has been very good and the weather has been cool these days, and it has not rained heavily. The surrounding green rice fields are perfect for relaxing. I originally thought that the B&B was located in the middle of a rice field, so there would be a lot of mosquitoes, but the actual experience was okay, there were fewer mosquitoes than expected. There are many activities for my daughter, including making glutinous rice cakes, fishing for lobsters, picking vegetables, feeding lambs and rabbits, and catching fish in the rice fields. She likes catching fish. In the evening, we also cooked a plate of watercress fish, which made the whole family happy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated the light late-night snacks offered, which were a nice touch after a long day. The standard breakfast provided in the morning was a great start to the day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

I am quite picky about beds and pillows, but I am quite satisfied with the bed and pillows in this room. I didn't suffer from insomnia. The hotel environment is good, the waiters are very polite, and they will take the initiative to say hello when they meet on the road. The breakfast in the restaurant is very rich, especially the children's meal tray prepared for children is very cute and considerate.
