"The room was spacious, and the airport pick-up service was a thoughtful touch. For 200, it also included a delicious breakfast buffet. It's only a 15-minute drive from the airport, with unlimited pick-ups at any time. The front desk staff even kindly added me on WeChat for quick responses. The shampoo was really good, lol. It's close to the airport, and if you're worried about airplane noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs. Mosquito repellent liquid. Green tea. Four bottles of water. LOL. Right downstairs, there are snack shops and various places to eat. Very good!"

"The property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle."

"I didn't inspect the room's cleanliness too closely, but it seemed okay. I didn't really use the sofa, table, or chairs. The room's decor was typical for a motel. The front desk service was quite good, and they offer an airport shuttle service, though I didn't use it since I drove myself to the airport. The room had all the necessary facilities. A great plus is the free parking, and it's only a 10-minute drive to Terminal 3, which is very convenient. However, because of its proximity to the airport, you're bound to hear planes taking off and landing. Also, the hotel is located by the road, so there's occasional honking. Overall, it's a good option for a short stay if you're catching a flight, and it offers great value for money. For someone like me who has an early morning flight, I would consider staying here again."

"I wanted to give a second positive review even before checking out! I extended my stay for two more days in the morning, and when I returned to the hotel about half an hour later, my room was already spotlessly clean. I hadn't even requested it before leaving in the morning, so it was a pleasant surprise to come back to a freshly tidied room. It made me feel very comfortable the moment I stepped in. In the afternoon, they also delivered a perfect dessert. Every staff member I encountered, from different departments, provided impeccable service."

"I came to Guangzhou for a trip and saw that this hotel had pretty high ratings, and I was also drawn to its location. First, the location is excellent; it's near Tianhuan and Zhengjia, right next to the subway station – you exit the subway and there's the hotel. The hygiene was also quite good, the soundproofing was decent, and the shower had strong water pressure. The front desk gave me two room cards during check-in, one of which could be used as an electricity card, which was a nice touch. Downsides: Most of the drawbacks are related to the facilities, which I'd consider 'major flaws.' First, the elevators. The building is 30 stories high (shared by two hotels), and I'd estimate there are about 20 rooms per floor, but there are only three elevators: one for all floors, and one for odd floors and one for even floors respectively. Waiting times for the elevators are very long, and the elevator linkage isn't well-done. Pressing the down button on one elevator doesn't link to the others, so almost everyone ends up pressing both the all-floor elevator and the odd/even floor elevator buttons, which wastes elevator resources. Second, in the Deluxe King Room, there were no power outlets on the side of the bed next to the window, which is very impractical. Looking at the decor, it seems like it was renovated in recent years, so this lack of basic infrastructure makes for a poor experience. Third, during my stay in room 1210, the cover of the filter self-rescue respirator by the bed was open. I checked it, and fortunately, the vacuum seal inside was intact; otherwise, I would have definitely asked housekeeping to replace it. This really needs to be checked more carefully, as it's a life-saving device. Fourth, if you're driving to the hotel, you'd better be an excellent driver. The underground parking spot is first not easy to find, and then the garage itself is quite narrow, making it very difficult to park large, long vehicles. Fifth, very little breakfast was prepared. For popular items like steamed dumplings and char siu bao, I went at around 9 am, and the kitchen said they were out. It felt like they just didn't want to steam another batch, even though there were still many people in the restaurant at that time. Sixth, the hairdryer in the room had very weak airflow. It takes a long time to dry long hair, and the hotel didn't provide any alternatives. The airflow is genuinely too weak."

It's surrounded by all the amenities you could need, with shopping malls, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance. If you want a late-night snack or need to pick up some essentials, you won't have to go far. Transportation is also a breeze; it's close to the subway station, making it convenient whether you're catching a high-speed train or exploring the city. No complicated transfers needed, which is a big plus for those on a layover. The room itself is typical for a business hotel, with a clean and straightforward decor. All the usual facilities are there, and it was spotless. The service was efficient; the check-in/check-out process was quick and smooth, without any unnecessary fuss or oversights – just standard, reliable service. Overall, there were no exciting surprises, but absolutely no disappointments either. Everything was above average, making for a consistently solid stay."

"This is a hotel I found after searching all night until 4 AM. If you're currently planning your trip, you can skip this and book this hotel directly. The hotel opened in 2026, so it's very new and incredibly clean. The facilities are brand new, and even as a very clean person, I felt very relaxed. What I liked most was the bedding; the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I haven't slept so soundly in a long time. The hotel didn't have a musty smell or feel damp, and there were no cockroaches or other small animals. The location is also excellent, near the Cantonese Cuisine Museum, with a large food street downstairs, and it's very close to Beijing Road. The service was also very attentive and meticulous. The staff, both the young ladies and the cleaning ladies, were all smiling and helpful. They didn't rush me to check out even after midnight, which made me feel very relaxed."

The hotel is amazing and the facilities are great. The swimming pool is fun and the gym is massive with a lot of equipment. The room is huge in size as well. Will surely come again. Hilton is hilton"
