"I was stayed here between Aug 25 to 27. As a foreigner, I did not have a contactable mobile number and in spite of that, the hotel sent a driver with big sign to ensure that I would be picked up correctly - this service was provided free even though I was the only person to be picked. The driver was very friendly and welcoming too. The hotel receptionists were exceptional. The ladies at the reception made sure I was booked in nicely, shared about the facilities, getting to and from Jianmenguan and also recommendations on food nearby. They were always smiling and saying hi-bye to me; making me feel very welcomed all the time. The thermal spa was great too. It wasn’t too crowded when I was there at night. There was enough space for everyone and most of the time, I had a small pool to myself for 20-30mins. I would come back again!"

"I think this hotel is at most a 2.5-3 star hotel. The front desk is like a motel. The breakfast at this hotel was the worst I had on this trip; many items were cold, and the selection was extremely limited! The room was quite spacious and had a smart control system, but the shower water pressure was incredibly low; I almost caught a cold from showering so much! 😂 The room wasn't soundproof either; I couldn't hear any water noise all night. The hotel is very close to the south gate of Jianmen Pass, a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient. Overall, it feels like a 2.5-star hotel; the price-performance ratio is not high."

"Facilities: The room was spacious, featuring a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the bed itself was quite generous in size. Hygiene: The cleanliness was decent, quite satisfactory overall. Environment: The hotel boasts a very large parking lot, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. Conveniently located downstairs are a big supermarket, a bakery, and a Luckin Coffee. There are also several restaurants right next door, and just across the street, you'll find numerous snack stalls, ensuring a plethora of dining choices. Service: I found that some of the front desk staff could use improvement in their customer service. As breakfast wasn't included in my reservation, I inquired at the front desk if it could be added, but the response was rather abrupt. They didn't even offer the option to purchase breakfast vouchers, which was quite disheartening for a visitor from out of town. Nevertheless, these are minor points, and I hope to see them addressed in the future."

"I found this one for a long time. It was a pleasant surprise. The night view outside the hotel room was clean and the night view was beautiful. It was 5 minutes from the south gate of Jianmenguan. The front desk service was warm and free tofu pot and rice, and free breakfast was also given! There is also a theater next door, and I just arrived at 8 o'clock in the evening and watched the show for free. It was a good experience!"

"Hiking Jianmenguan and then enjoying a hot spring soak, I had an unexpectedly great stay! As a designer hotel, the aesthetics really shine! The overall style is modern and artistic, with a simple yet grand lobby. The soft furnishings and lighting in the public areas are very tasteful. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout that didn't feel cramped. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the room was also very soundproof, so I slept really well 👍 The hotel is located right at the entrance of Tianci Food Street, just a two-minute walk from Tianci Hot Spring, which was incredibly convenient."

The hotel's environment, hygiene, and service all exceeded our expectations! The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us book scenic spot tickets, which were much cheaper than buying them ourselves. 😊 The food on the first floor of the hotel was also very good, especially the tofu, which had a really great texture! 👍 (Jianmen Tofu – truly lives up to its reputation) Most importantly, due to my own carelessness, I accidentally left my phone charger at the hotel when checking out. A few days later, I contacted the front desk, and the young lady quickly helped me mail the item. 👍

The advantage is that the location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the south gate of Jianmenguan Scenic Area; you can park your car at the door of the hotel. The design of the room is a bit unreasonable, the bathroom has no door, and there is no place to dry clothes in the room. There is no elevator in the hotel, and it is really inconvenient to live on the 4th floor. The homestay is neglected, the TV and other electrical appliances are not easy to use, and the toiletries are too simple. In short, compared to regular hotels, there is a clear gap in details. Holiday prices increase significantly, and the price/performance ratio is not high.

Stayed at the hotel for three nights. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room is clean. The restaurant is full of color and fragrance. Especially the manager Ma at the front desk and her team provide a comprehensive hiking route and vehicle equipment service. It gives us a convenient and fast service for our four-day itinerary. Next time I have the opportunity to go to the sword. The Pavilion Hotel will be our first choice

Passing through Pu'an Town, which I heard used to be the old county seat, and it definitely retains that old-town charm. I found a hotel online, and its location is quite good, right by the river – you could even call it a 'river view' room. Overall, it's all about value for money. It's hard to find a decent place for just over a hundred yuan these days. I noticed the bed and cabinets are solid wood, though a bit dated, which suggests the owner invested in quality materials back in the day. The bathroom seemed newly renovated, and the shower was perfectly fine. The room was also clean. The soundproofing wasn't great, but I was only staying for one night, and considering the value, for this price, what more could you possibly ask for, haha! 😂

The old county is really too hot, and it can't be compared with the big hotels in the city. The first receptionist and waiter were very warm and praised. The second room is really small and not big. Some facilities in the third room are a bit damaged. The fourth location is very convenient. The pedestrian street in the old town is just 100 meters away, and there are many places to eat. The fifth is a bit far from the bus station. There is a detailed introduction to how to go on the Taurus Road hiking route in the hall. But I think the old county is estimated to have the same hotel environment!
