We especially appreciated the peaceful environment at night, which allowed our baby (and us!) to rest well. The facilities were also well suited for families. The common areas are easy to navigate with a stroller, and the overall layout of the hotel feels relaxed and not overwhelming. The natural surroundings add a special charm and make the stay feel refreshing and rejuvenating. Overall, Grand Mercure Yatsugatake is an excellent choice for families with babies who are looking for comfort, tranquility, and good service in a beautiful natural setting. We would definitely consider coming back and recommend it to other families traveling with young children."

He was doing it! The hall is very beautiful, and it seems that there is a tea specialty store on the first floor for lunch. "One mistake ruined our fun family trip. The hotel service and the staff were wonderful. I'm sure they had a pleasant stay. However, they didn't check the food allergies that we had requested twice in advance, and as a result, my daughter's condition suddenly worsened after the dinner appetizer. She was taken to Yamanashi Prefectural Central Hospital by ambulance. She was able to return to the hotel that same day, but she was not allowed to take a bath, and could not have breakfast the next morning, and she was in a coma during her stay at the hotel. Since she was unable to have dinner or breakfast, we were offered a refund, which we received, but I cannot understand why she came to a resort, was taken away in an ambulance, and instead of feeling refreshed, she became even more tired, and we were charged the full accommodation fee.
