"Highly recommend this hotel! The shuttle bus makes it super convenient to get to both the mainland attractions and the ocean. The AEON mall nearby is great for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's an excellent choice, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends. The value for money is exceptional, and the four-person bed was very comfortable. Plus, there's a Komeda Coffee right across the street, and the supermarket has plenty of options for a late-night snack back at the hotel."

"This was my second stay. While my previous stay and breakfast were excellent, this time I was in a somewhat dated room with an awkward twin bed setup, which felt a bit inconvenient. The desk was a fold-out type, and I didn't use it because unfolding it would have made the room feel even more cramped. Despite this, the breakfast was consistently delicious, and given the excellent value for money, I would still consider staying here again."

"Our children are grown now, so we booked this hotel for our first family trip to Disney Resort in a long time. The location was fantastic – right next to the station, allowing us to walk to and from the park, and we could easily hop on the Resort Liner. Being able to store our luggage in the hotel lockers before and after check-in was a huge plus, as it allowed us to explore freely. The bathroom, with its separate wash area and bathtub, was very convenient for the whole family to take turns. We also appreciated the shoe dryer in the room; it was a lifesaver for drying our shoes after they got wet in the rain, making them comfortable to wear the next day."

"We absolutely loved staying at the Grand Nikko and happy we chose to stay here. It felt new and looked after. The room was spacious (2 parents + 1x child 10yrs old) all had our own beds, I would say they are a king single (Australian size). We were so lucky to have the 10th floor park side which gave us the best view of the Disney Castle of which we could see the fire works show really well from our balcony (sitting in our pajamas eating egg sando from the little onsite conbini watching the fireworks was elite) Great amenities, great australian type breaky options (bacon, eggs options breads hash browns etc) , fantastic location, decent sized rooms, super easy check in & out, love the smell of the hotel too, the entry/ lobby area is jaw dropping in itself, sitting areas on the bay side for sea view on lobby level are the perfect spot to watch the sun set over the city. It’s a beautiful light and bright hotel. The only things we noted was - the dinner buffet would be a little restricted for fussy western eaters & kids options were limited if you have fussy western kids but they do have chips, nuggets, roast pork, bread & rice. However you can still get prepared and purchase snacks like onigiri, bento and sandwiches etc from the little shop in the lobby. But get in early before everyone gets their Disney pack lunches for the day or wait until majority head out for the day. They get cleaned out pretty quickly at peak times like going out and coming home. - there was only 1 water refill spot we saw which was in the gym area, but they do have drinks machines on every floor. - definitley pre book breaky you can only do this on the morning of from 6am so if you want to be out the door heading to the park by 7am scan the breakfast QR code on the voucher at 6am asap. You get a number in a virtual line, and when your number is nearly ready head to the line to line up to enter breakfast, you can’t just head straight to a table. But those are only small things We loved it and will definitely stay here again, can’t wait to come back !"

"The hotel is very very nice with very generous breakfasts. Great facilities and bathroom. However, I don’t understand why the staff gave me a simplified Chinese instruction while she has my Hong Kong passport in hand. She was very nice and immediately changed it back to English, but I just don’t understand why as a staff she doesn’t even know the language used in a city."

"This hotel really kept the Disney magic alive! 😊 The room was spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities were so cute I almost didn't want to use them. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious! It would have been nice to have an air freshener in the room. Also, there was only one cotton swab set for everyone, not enough for all guests. The staff were all very pleasant and kind. Overall, I think it was good value for the price! ✨"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free. The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for Disney trips."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the room size – it was much larger than we anticipated. It was clean and tidy, and there were so many delightful surprises and little gadgets that the kids absolutely loved. There were three single beds, including two bunk beds, so sleeping six people wouldn't be an issue at all. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; just across the road is DisneySea. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money."

"This hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, and the front desk provides shuttle information upon check-in. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Disneyland, making it pretty good value for money. The surrounding area has many other hotels and a large park with slides, perfect for kids to burn off energy. You can take a direct bus from Narita Airport to the hotel; just get off at the Hyatt, and it's right next door. The bus ride is about 1.5 hours, which is much more cost-effective than a taxi. There's also a bus stop nearby with direct routes to Tokyo Station, or you can take the shuttle to Disneyland and then connect to the subway. Definitely get a Suica card and exchange some coins at the front desk for convenience. Breakfast: My kids loved it! There's a good variety, and they even give kids coins to get candy from a gumball machine. There are also restaurants nearby, but they're about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is super handy for buying things. Room: The room is quite spacious, with two large beds that can comfortably sleep 3-4 people."

"The hotel offers at least 4 free shuttle buses, but they only go from the hotel to the JR station, not back. It would be much better if they had a round-trip shuttle that also went to Disney via the JR line. The hotel breakfast is a set meal with several options. There's also a free beverage bar with drinks and coffee starting at 2 PM. The shuttle to Disney during peak morning hours can get quite crowded; I'm not sure if they add extra buses if one fills up."
