When I exercise in the gym, I consulted the yoga instructor about what exercise is suitable for shoulder pain. The coach was very enthusiastic. He specially brought essential oils for free to help me professional back massage for 15 minutes. It perfectly relieved the physical discomfort and was especially warm. The most important thing to praise our personal butler ISHANKA, is definitely the best and most reliable butler I have ever encountered during my trip! Sincere and kind, hardworking, and meticulous service. Knowing my lover's work and rest only at noon, I specially tailored our snorkeling, surfing and other itinerary. The time is relaxed and orderly, and there is no need to hurry, and the play experience is particularly comfortable. What makes us remember more is an accident: when we go out to eat, our lover is accidentally scratched by the cat, and the situation is urgent. ISHANKA helped us contact the hospital as soon as possible. At that time, the rainstorm poured and the lightning thundered outside. He accompanied us with an umbrella throughout the whole process. He communicated with the doctor smoothly. He was busy with us from 8 o'clock in the evening to 1 o'clock in the morning. The whole process was intimately appeased and followed up. Help us successfully complete the rabies vaccination in time, really special responsibility. There is also the original third day of sea fishing trip, before departure, I noticed that the sea is about to usher in a storm, for our personal safety, decisively cancel the trip temporarily. We stayed in this Guest House for 6 nights and then in other places in Sri Lanka, and I want to say that this is the best place of all that we visited. Very close to the sea, there is a cafe nearby. Initially, we were afraid of the noise from the road, but everything was great. We felt completely safe and were not afraid to leave valuables. Breakfasts were excellent and the coffee was super.

We arrived at hotel at 5pm and staff didn’t know if we could check in despite there being a 1pm check in. Sink in room didn’t not drain, fan didn’t work and bed sheets had marks on them. It was just ok, wouldn’t rush to book again

Excellent all Inclusive stay. Yes the liquor is not that high quality, but the meals are simply excellent catering for all nationalities. The place was jam packed with east Europeans and Russians , the crowd was good. Pools are excellent. Beaches are good. Worth staying and enjoyin

We chose this hotel because it's new and recently opened. We really love the Unawatuna location; the ocean is great for swimming in the summer, and there are plenty of restaurants around. When we first walked into the hotel, it was a 'wow' effect – amazing design, lighting, fresh flowers, a fountain, beautiful new furniture, and friendly staff. We booked a sea view room and enjoyed it every day; it was incredibly beautiful! For breakfast, there was everything you could want, and the chef could prepare extra dishes upon request. For our child, they made pancakes, porridge, and eggs – all delicious. They offer buggy service to the beach. The only downside throughout our entire stay was the room cleaning. For some reason, even with minimal hotel occupancy, they would come to clean exactly when our child was taking a nap during the day. We mentioned it many times, but they never seemed to remember. Also, when we asked for a buggy pick-up from the beach, they sometimes ignored calls or just said ”sorry.” I believe these are minor issues that can be fixed, and the hotel management will sort everything out over time. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay! We would gladly return again! Thank you!

This stay was the highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka. The room is in the heart of nature, and you’re surrounded by the sounds of the wild, fresh air away from the roads, and the peace and quiet that comes with a more intimate stay. Additionally, the breakfasts have been our favourite, especially the hoppers! It was all fresh and Sri Lankan style, served with the jungle in front of us. One morning, we had monkeys. Another, chipmunks. One special night, we had fireflies. The location was exceptional. However, it was Praneeth who really made this place special for us. We had great conversations, and he even recommended me a great birdwatching app. One night, we chatted for a couple of hours and I learned so much about this beautiful country. Genuinely, Praneeth is a huge value to Jungle Loft. He was attentive, thoughtful and a wonderful representation of the kindness Sri Lankan people exude. Thank you so much, Praneeth for your warmth! I can’t recommend Jungle Loft enough. It’s an ideal location, it’s private, it’s beautiful, and you’ll be looked after. Go for it!!

Very close to the beach, the day before the hotel was very late at about nine o'clock, I fell asleep directly. I woke up in the morning and saw the blue sky and sea. I was in a very good mood. There seem to be many Russians in the hotel, and the restaurant also specially put a Russian menu. My favorite is the early morning pool, the private venue, casual swimming, the deepest is about two meters, great. The breakfast is also very good, except for the local curry, I can accept it, the papaya is very sweet. Be sure to stay for two more days next time.

We can not say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive to details. We arrived at 3:00am and the hotel had prepared some fruit and sandwiches for our arrival. My wife is celiac and the staff did an amazing job ensuring there were food options available for her. They even prepared traditional Sri Lankan food for us to try. The beach club gets very busy during the day but we still felt like the only guests there. This place has a great island vibe with music and different entertainment daily. We will definitely be returning before the end of our trip.

The hotel is very well located. There are big waves everywhere, and the hotel has a reef and you can swim even with small children. The hotel itself is tired. There are plenty of ants, there are cockroaches. Breakfasts are not particularly tasty and varied. But you will definitely not go hungry. Nearby there are fish and fruit markets, banks, opposite they make very tasty juices. But the main thing is that the view from the hotel is just the bomb. Premier room.
