Ξενοδοχεία με Mirror lake, Ιπόχ

A big corner house with 9 rooms. Spacious hall living room with TV channels. Dining set with tablewares. No stove no utensil for cooking. A fridge, microwave and water dispenser with hot, warm and cold water. Downstairs has a shared toilet too. Clean and nice. Last minute 5pm on the spot booked this unit. Instant confirmation and easy self check in instantly. Fast response from the incharge person. I booked Family room for 5pax on the first floor. 2 bedrooms with a joint toilet. Room8 spacious 1king 1single. Room9 1queen. Very comfy thick beds. TV in the room cannot be used. Old mother need to go downstairs to watch TV at the living hall. Its fine quite convenient and comfy to sit in the living. Greeting many guests coming in and out haha. Very affordable price. Nearby restaurants and attractions. Great stay! Thanks!

Great location, close to 7-Eleven, a Mamak restaurant, Lotus's, and my course venue. The room price was reasonable, and it even had a fan if you didn't want to use the air conditioning. The bathroom was okay, though I wasn't a huge fan of the glass panel – it looked a bit odd, even though you could draw a curtain to cover it. But overall, it was good. It was also convenient for breaking fast, as it was near a Ramadan bazaar.

This homestay offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and modern convenience. The living space is beautifully designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, featuring a cozy seating area and an elegant dining setup. The bedroom provides a serene escape with its plush bedding, thoughtful layout, and excellent air conditioning. It is fully loaded with practical amenities like a smart TV, washing machine, and ironing board, making it an exceptional, hassle-free choice for both short getaways and extended stays.

This is my 2nd time staying and I thk it’s improved especially on the services and housekeeping. I choosed here because it’s strategically located and easy access. Just to highlight on the pillow which quite soft and I need 2 pillows to sleep but when I slept on 2 pillows seem like abit high. Perhaps management need to add 1 is firm and 1 is soft. I stayed at the biggest family room and hope management can add a partition next to the bed head that facing the main door. At the beginning my kids having not so comfortable sleeping the head facing the main door but luckily they are ok on 2nd nights. Otherwise, everything is fine for us.

Hotel Regal Vista is a well-located, budget-friendly hotel — strong on location and value, but showing its age in terms of interior polish. Here's a professional traveler's take. The hotel sits on Jalan Veerasamy, roughly 0.78 km from Ipoh Old Town, just a 6-minute walk to Memory Lane Market and only 331 metres from Ipoh Parade shopping centre, with the historic Ipoh Railway Station about 1.6 km away. It's centrally placed and easy to navigate on foot or by Grab, making it a solid base for exploring the Old Town's murals, cafés, and street food scene. Easy access to public transport and nearby eateries, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient parking Secure 24-hour car park nearby, plus proximity to the pedestrian street, KFC, etc. A short stroll to the Kinta River walk (popular with early-morning joggers), decent breakfast, and spacious rooms Staff are consistently described as helpful, and value for money is a recurring theme It's best described as a reliable ”safe choice” — good on location, cleanliness, and price, but the interior is dated with no boutique or modern feel, amenities are basic, and sound insulation is only average (some guests report hearing motorbikes from the street below) - A minority of reviews flagged isolated cleanliness lapses, such as a clogged sink causing odour — not systemic, but worth checking room reviews before booking - Not the pick for travellers chasing a design-forward or resort-style stay Travelers Tips💐 For backpackers, business travellers on short stays, or anyone prioritising proximity to Old Town's food and heritage sites, this hotel is hard to beat on location and price. If ambience, soundproofing, or a boutique aesthetic matter more to you, it's worth comparing against Old Town's design-led guesthouses (think Sekeping-style properties or mural-district boutique inns) instead. Either way, I'd recommend checking recent room-specific reviews before booking, and avoiding street-facing or lower-floor rooms if noise sensitivity is a concern.

I only stayed one day in Ipoh as a stopover. This hotel isn't in the city center, and it's not particularly close to the train station either. However, there are some other small shops within the same building, which makes for a decent collection. The environment is pretty good; it has an industrial design, but it doesn't look run-down. The room was small, but it matched the price. The first room we were given had a connecting door to the next room, so we asked to switch, and the front desk lady cheerfully changed it for us. There's a gym with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and some strength training equipment. Not many people seemed to use the gym, but the environment was nice and air-conditioned. I worked out for an hour and felt great afterwards.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower. You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing. The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment. You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper. They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards. The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The only issues were the uncomfortable pillows, poor soundproofing, and slightly dirty floor. Everything else was fine.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.
